    Can you make a video on how to progressive overload using loop bands? I have bought 3 loop bands (yellow 1-7kg, red 7-15kg and black 15-30kg) there are some exercises like the inclined fly which i can easily do using the yellow band, but when i use the red band i cant even do 4 proper reps.

    Sir when I try to do chest workouts i end up getting more burn on my shoulders rather then on my chest, so sir what should I do?

      Try to adjust the angle and also keep your chest out while working out

      Diamond pushups are for triceps.. you can do triceps push down if you want 😊👍

      Yes certainly, as far as you are in calories surplus. Else slow it down and do regular sets.

      Yes, you can or you can also wrap the bands around a pillar or railing etc if you don't have the anchor.

      Bhai, acchi diet ke bina workout results nahi deta isliye workout ke sath high protein nutritional diet lena zaruri hai.. and of course rest bhi.

      You cannot do spot reduction. If you want to lose fat from your chest you need to be calories deficit and eventually your chest fat will also be reduced. chest workouts can help you tone the chest muscles but not reducing the fat. I hope it is making sense to you.
