      Yes, absolutely. All you need is high training volume, high protein diet and rest.

    Hey brother, can you help me out with my biceps? All of my muscles have significantly transformed except my biceps. Its not that i have small biceps or no biceps. Its just that i have huge triceps and biceps compared to the triceps is very small, i have a low peak. I proper bicep exercises with proper form and sore them out, follow a proper diet. You have any idea why my biceps are not growing significantly. I want biceps like you.

      You really don’t need to train neck separately because it gets what it needs when you workout other muscles. I never trained my neck 😀

    Sir my weight is 68 kg my height is 5 10 and my age is 15 years and body fat is theree soo should I bulk and can I reduce body fat while bulking

      Don’t bulk.. if you have less body fat then stay in slight calories deficit at least 300 calories, eat enough protein and do regular resistance training

    Sir I have a question behalf of resistance tube or bands....
    Sir, can we make body like yours with only resistance band ?
    If yes then, how many and which exercises we have to do and your weekly series is enough or not to make body like urs ✨??

      Hi, good question, yes you can gain muscles like me with only bands but for that you need to be very disciplined in your workout, diet and rest. If you follow this series regularly, stay consistent with your workout, take high protein diet and rest to recover then you see the results however it totally depends on the volume of your workout, quality of your diet and most importantly your current body state.

    Sir my weight is 97kg and my goal is to decrease it to 65kg and make a body shape is it possible with resistance band if yes how many month I need to achieve my goal with resistance band

      No, its not. I do go to the gym as well BUT you can gain decent muscle mass like this with only bands. I gained 8-10 lbs muscle mass during pandemic when I was working out only with bands for 1.5 yrs. So its very much possible.

    Sir ek shoulder ko round shape and 3d kse banye ispe video banao and meri Height resistance band se bhi upar hai isliye agar main resistance band se shoulder press karta hu toh vo upar nhi jata aur upar lejane ki koshish kare to vo tott jata hai isliye bina shoulder press jasi exercise ki bini ek video bano and my height is 6.2

      okay.. to aap chair pe baith ke bhi shoulder press kar sakte hai.. usse band kam stretch hoga .. try karo..

      Start with 20, 30, 40 lbs .. use them separately and stack them when you feel comfortable

      Multiple studies have shown that resistance exercise can cause acute changes in serum testosterone concentrations. Circulating T-Testo has been shown to increase immediately after a bout of heavy resistance exercise and return to baseline or even decrease beyond that level within 30 min post-exercise

    My problem is that the workouts are taking way too long, like 2-3 hours. Any tips to shorten this? 3 sets of 12 exercises is a lot to do.

      It should not take that long but if you want you can reduce sets or reps if you want to.. keep the resistance heavy to keep the volume high..

    Hi, an ask. In the side to front, raises, one repetition is one side plus one front? or one is side, two front, three side, four front, five side, six front, etc.
