@@PostStrokeOrg Squats, lunges, sit-ups, and push-ups have been immensely helpful and helped me get even more comfortable getting on and off the ground. I can now get on and off the ground to and from a sitting position without my hands at all. Dumbbell deadlifts have also been great!
Movement. Even the Dr can use it 💪🙂. of course he sweats doing it. likes to see the Dr various exercise actions and is very active. thank you Dr Elyse Newland for showing an easy way to not be able to do it.❤
