PK, I really enjoy the way you teach and your manner of delivering info. Reminds me of some of the best teachers I had growing up...Very enthusiastic, but kind...like an old after-school special. Haha :) Thanks for the information!
Omg no!!! I bought a 7ft for home and it was helllll. Could barley walk around without hitting something and hard to balance when doing hip thrusts or squats I say if u hsve a squat rack ok...but for hip thrusts, squats, ect shorter is easier to balance. I threw mine away and now am getting a smaller one. I moved and couldnt bring it with me
ladies who are just starting and only wanting to do basic workouts like this...what barbell brand did you buy? I see lots on amazon...I am 5'3 118 and only use about 6lb dumbbells max for now... THANKS. ps . I see that kid bar on amazon also says for women....?
So i have a question regarding barbell lengths regarding a certain stand. I didn't realize i bought a 2ft wide stand and my 7 ft barbell under certain weight conditions when racking plates can tip the bar over. I need to know if i should go 4ft or 5ft. Something good for racking plates without worrying about the bar tipping over
Nice video.. my question is What size of rod required for home gym. I have 7ft olympic barbell and 4.5ft curl rod. What else do I need to complete almost all workout variants. I am confused should I go for 3ft, 4ft or 5ft straight rod.
You said that you don't have to worry about the collar to collar length bc it's always 51", all while you're holding a shorter bar! You were specifically talking about Olympic bars there but there is nothing in the title, description, or intro that specified that it's about Olympic bars!
Yeah don't want to be a hater since he has the right to present himself however he likes to, but man he's so colorful for no reason, and he throws me off. 8 minute video for information that could be delivered in less than a minute.. But anyway I guess he said what he had to

@@aris.lingad I am using a 6ft one. I am 6'1, the 6ft barbell is fine for my bench!
@@aris.lingadIs it awkward or hard to fit at all having a 7 ft bar in a garage gym
@@aris.lingad You’re an extremely nice and polite human being. All the best to you
