Let me know what you think! xo

This is awesome, the Buffy bar is one of my favorite lush products. Can’t wait to make my own! Would love to see some tutorials on how to make their body sprays! I own just about every scent but “dirty” and “jilted” are my favorites!
Have you tried using ground of coffee beans? I’m thinking they would complement the cocoa butter.
The Best!! thanks a lot for sharing this
Wow! I'll have to give this a try!
I have eczema and I love a scrubby bar, I will try this, thank you!!!
I finally made this bar with your recipe and it is FANTASTIC. The only thing I would do differently is to use unscented cocoa butter. The chocolate scent was strong. Good but strong. Thank you so much.
I make my own different types of body scrub/exfoliant this is a great idea can’t wait to make it thank you for sharing😍
You're so welcome! Thank you!
Thank you for this tutorial! What a wonderful gift this would make!
I'm in love with these. I have incredibly dry skin and these are so lovely. Both of my teenage boys have been using them nonstop! Thank you for your support! xo
Thank you!!!! This was awesome
Wow and thanks!
I love Buffy and I am going to try it out
I love The Anthony’s company! I absolutely love them.
Thank you for this video! Everytime i kept making it the exfoliants wouldn’t suspend! I’m gonna try your whisk and fridge method
Love it 🥰
I’ll be whippin up a batch or so. Thank you 😊
You're welcome! Hope you enjoy!
Beautiful recipe! Mahalo 🤙🏼
LOVE THIS EM! Right on!!!
Aww! Thank you so much!
Hi doesnt the lotion bar mold if theres no preservative?
Glad I found this video. If I use a different type of exfoliant do you suggest using a 1 1/2 cups? Thank you
You are my inspiration :0)
Very dope! 🙌🏽🔥🙏🏽❤️
Does this need a preservative since it will be in contact with water? How much would you sell these for? Thank you for your lovely, informative videos! You are an excellent teacher as well.😘
Do you have a lotion bar video? That would be really nice to have. Thanks
Hiya,
Do you have a recipe for making something like the pumice soap they have at Lush?
what would make them not harden?
Where did you get the fragrance oil you used? So it’s best to get everything off of Amazon I’m thinking
what would happen if you poured before refrigerating and letting it set up in the mold?
A newbie question: can I add Polysorbate 80 to the receipe? Thanks.
You can also pop the butters in the microwave in 30 sec burst and stir between.
Hi Emilie, I made this “Buffy” bar and it looked just like yours! When I used the bar, it changed to a very granular looking bar - is that normal?
Love this recipe however I've just pulled mine out of the freezer after 7 hours and they've all cracked. What did i do wrong?
How long would you say the fridge, stir, repeat process takes normally? I used the measurements given and it seems to be very runny still. Have I done something wrong?
It looks lovely and I want to try it out but I have a few questions. Does the bar leave the shower floor slick? Does it soften or melt easily in normal storage or require special care? Does it leave your skin oily or greasy feeling? Thank you.
Hi Shawna,
Great questions. I haven't found this to leave my shower floor slick, however, with any moisturizing skincare product used in the shower you should use caution. Yes, it melts easily. I don't store mine in the shower. After using it I store it out of the shower. A soap dish that drains is a great place to store it. I have incredibly dry skin, just after getting out of the shower my skin is a bit oily. I gently pat my skin dry with a towel and I don't notice a greasy feeling, only happy moisturized skin. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching!
So you don’t refrigerate them just sit them out all night? And what size did you get for the molds
is there no preservative in this? is it necessary because it's exposed to water?
Dies it have to wash off, can i just massage it in ... Can i whip it for maybe a body butter scrub
Hi, would this mold if using in the shower. Do you need a preservative?
Lush sells 10000... of the bars all over the world. They donot use preservative and I think if there was an issue with the product contamination, the entire worl would know about it. Like with the stainingbath bomb.
And you add that bar in water a perfect host of bacterial bar now!! Oil + Water cant go well together.
Ugh! The scented cocoa butter ruined it for me. I should have gone with my instinct and ordered the unscented cocoa butter. You have been warned!
Supplies over $100 ,lush bar in store is $10.50 each,no make sense all
1 bar!
@@megamikegamingandvideoedit5044 $100(supplies) /10 diy bars+work= $10 each ,store $10.50 each
Makes perfect sense to everyone else....except you🤔😒
@@rbh1324 it’s my opinion, but I respect yours.
@patyjr1 your opinion is wrong...the bars cost $14 to $22 each at Lush...it doesn't cost $100 in supplies when attempting to duplicate...it's doesn't even cost $50...but whatever, everyone can't be a Boss..so keep buying the $22 bars🤷🏾♂️✌🏽
