I’m over here watching your older content ❤ I use the same butter, same eggs! Also clean as I go😊 I have never thought to have burger patties with eggs and it looks so good and filling.
P.S. isn’t it so tricky filming and cooking? I do my best over here often with my one woman production. It’s not easy but it’s always fun.
Burger patties and eggs are so filling! It’s also anti-inflammatory and because of the high protein, really necessary for women over 50 to preserve muscle mass. I saw your eggs in your poached egg and croissant breakfast short! Yum! I can only film and cook when I know there’s no one else around! They distract me! Lol

Looks delicious. Wish I could have eggs (dumb food allergies!). I think I miss eggs the most. I've found substitutes for dairy and gluten, but there is no substitute for a scrambled egg. Or egg salad. Or a hard boiled egg. sigh. Thanks for sharing!
Sure thing! Are you allergic to the whole egg? I ask because a few years back I did an elimination diet and found that when I reintroduced eggs, it was the whites o was allergic to. I ate only yolks for a bit, then reintroduced the whole egg slowly. Now I can eat the whole egg…but just not multiple times in a week. I’m allergic to the white (it tends to be the part people are allergic to most commonly) and get a horrible itchy scalp, eyes and forehead if I eat only whites or foods made with whites…like meringue.

That was a fast meal...and what do you drink in the mornings, with the food?
I drink a cup of water first when I get up. Usually with while eating, I don’t drink until after. In the morning , after my water, I’ll have some caffeine-free tea and then after an hour or two, if needed, I’ll have a cup of green tea or some other caffeinated tea. My favorite right now is a Yogi Brand tea called Energizing Sweet Tangerine.

I do! Under the broiler 8 minutes, season, then 5-6 more minutes. Perfection! 💯
