    I really enjoyed this class, I just know whenever I do one of your classes I'm guaranteed to be sweating buckets lol. Is there a modification for the final side laying knee tuck move that I can build up into that move? I wasn't able to pull it off.

      Thank you! I would say....leave the bottom leg on the ground for additional support and don't rotate as much, but stay on the side of your hip throughout....or...do a similar exercise on the mat without the spring, leaving your bottom forearm on the ground for support and pulling one or both knees to the chest. Hope this helps!
