    I really enjoyed this workout! Your cues are so very helpful. I can't do it yet, as I am in a boot on crutches, but I taught some of it in my class last night! Thank you so much for making this content available!

      Awe thank you! I'm thrilled to hear you like how I teach! I have some Reformer workouts on here one is very advanced and one or two are intermediate. Also, on PilatesAnytime.com (use LLOGAN for 30 day trial) I have several intermedate/advanced reformres. On OPC for my members I teach all level workouts on the Mat, Reformer, Chair and tower :) I hope you join us xx~LL

    Oh man this is awesome!!!! Thank you so much! Question.... on the roll down with the bar in the beginning, are we allowing the femur and pelvis to rotate? I was taught to pull pelvis up towards belly button and roll tail bone under?

      great question! I'll do a live on this in January when back on my tour. You can see my tutorial on this exercise as well if you want to dive in. But, what you were taught isn't necessarily wrong its just a lot of words and will cause people to "sink" or "shrink" You want to work the lift of your spine as your round back and if you're reaching through your legs your pelvis should be able to just roll onto the mat. But if you have any glutes off or are falling back you'll have to manually adjust everything.

    Can you please tell me what are the arm and leg springs measurements for the cadillac? I want to change my cadillac and have proper set up. How the classical is designed. And where do I get heavier springs? Mine are Stott. Thank you

      You can order the contrology springs from Balanced Body's Contrology line. The measurements for where to hook your springs on the Cadillac are all listed in my Cadillac Flashcards :) Happy configuring! Congrats!

    I have a merrithew Cadillac. Considering either a Gratz or a similar company for more traditional springs. Any suggestions on this ? I appreciate your advice !

      Hey Tara, so in my Cadillac/Tower flashcards I have measurements for all the hooks. That being said, I have worked with people and have members on OPC who have a merrithew. The springs are a lot lighter. So is the push thru bar. You can order Contrology or other classicall arm/leg springs to get that traditional feel. For the push thru bar its a bit tricker because the metal bar weighs less than a wood one. However, play with using 2 vs 1 spring and see if that challenges you in a way that gets you to feel the connection to your arm/back

      gotcha, yes you do! If you have my Cadillac Flashcards you'll also be able to see what the measurements are for the hooks I have that might also help. But typically their push through bar springs are not as heavy as you want.
