I found an Easter egg. On the lower level of the clock tower, there is a locked room that References the Battle scene from the deadly hallows part 2 when the dark wizards were attacking hogwarts
They even added non trivial stuff like Harry going into the room next to the great hall after his name came out of the goblet of fire. The room looks exactly like the one described in the books
The easter eggs were so clever in game! Just a little thing, though, your second one with the Vera Verto spell was from COS, hence he messed the spell up with his broken wand. :)

@AndyReloads the pendulum freeze thing is part of the Hogwarts Secrets (there are four rooms with treasure in them, you have to freeze the pendulum at the correct symbols to unlock each), which will give you a nice reward once all for rooms have been unlocked (took me about an hour to find all rooms, as i missed the ground floor room).
Just inside the Defence of Dark Arts Tower from the door to the Transfiguration Courtyard, there's a big painting of what looks to be the second Peverell Brother using the Resurrection stone to bring back a girl (his deceased girlfriend) while Death watches.
There us another Sirius Easter egg where you go to the headmaster living quarters and on a nightstand you'll find a letter to Headmaster black where it mentions 2 names. One being Sirius, whom of course is a different Sirius, but it's a nice nod to Sirius in the harry potter time era.
There is actually an easter egg in one of the first sequences of the game. In the part where you and prof. Fig are heading over that huge bridge to that castle at the cliffs. If you go to the right after crossing the bridge you will find a toy Niffler sitting next to something like a miniature sand castle... 👀
If you keep attacking the mirror looking into the lake where you meet Ominus for the first time, the giant squid will slap one of its tentacles from the other side
Great video, thank you (: Also FYI @12:26 there's also a similar spot behind the fireplace in the library.. So now I'm wondering if there might be even more of those
I discovered the fireplace in the library way earlier than unlocking Glacius. I kept wondering why revelio is showing a chest INSIDE a fireplace?! After trying all of my available spells at the time, i just left it. Finally now i know what to do , now that i have glacius 😂
As a big HP fan that grew up reading the books as they came out, this game was my younger self's dream come to life. Being able to traverse the entire Hogwarts castle and uncover easter egg after easter egg...it's magnificent. I've spent nearly 80 hours on the game and plan to play until I reach level 40 and complete all Challenges
that k room tapestry takes you to a room that shows werewolfs. Its a easter egg for professor lupin. it shows a statue of the werewolf form and all. its pretty cool. it even has the page that hermione shows when learning about were wolves
I think Ominis can't be Tom Riddle's direct ancestor, since the game happens just 36 years before Vodemort's birth. But, I remember that, after finishing the Scriptorium quest, he says that his older siblings used to perform dark magic on innocent people, such as muggles... So, Ominis may be brother to Marvolo Gaunt, or his nephew perhaps, meaning that Noctua Gaunt (also part of the game) is Marvolo's sister. However, I loved the fact they introduced 2 descendants of Salazar Slytherin that aren't related to Dark Arts
Not exactly an Easter egg I’d say, but I’m sure we’ve kinda all noticed that nearly all the Professors in game are basically the ones we find in Harry’s time. Professor Weasley is McGonagall, Sharp is Snape, Ronen is Flitwick, Kagowa is a lot like Madam Hooch with how pressed about safety she is, etc. But one thing someone pointed out to me is that Professor Sharp’s limp might kinda be a further reference to Snape, specifically when he got hit by Fluffy and was limping for a while. He also teaches us Diffindo, which is quite similar to Snape’s signature spell Sectumsempra.
Wait, you mean the transfiguration teacher teaches transfiguration, the potions teacher teaches potions, and the charms teacher teaches charms? Shocker. They’re all unique characters. Sharp isn’t even like Snape at all. Snape was absurdly angry with every student besides Sly-Guys, Sharp is just a fairly grumbly character. As for the limp, that’s a hell of a stretch to claim as a potential Easter egg. Dude has a limp, it’s not like he wanders around saying “Oh damn that dog! I would be walking just fine if it weren’t for that fluffy beast.”
You can find the Quill of Acceptance and Book of Admittance by finding the key in Professor Black's office and then opening the locked door at the end of the hallway leading up to his office. My favorite room in the castle!
😂 you can land up there from the outside aswell I unlocked it all before the mission you just can’t pick a note up in the room and also you need alohamora unlocks
Why do the tapestries glow blue if they can't be interacted with? Maybe I don't have the right spell or maybe its just highlighting them because of the page that's found in there?
I coupled my WB account and am a proud Slytherin. Also my wand is 13 1/4 inch long and has a Phoenix core and fir wood and is unbending. Patronus is a swift. Anyone else did this?
Was gonna say that Bella didnt hit Sirius with the killing curse, but I was apparently thinking about the book. Must've been too long since I've seen the movies
They would definitely have to fix the broom controls if they did that. The current broom controls are absolutely atrocious and would make quidditch not very enjoyable
Keep up the good and hard work Andy 🤙🏼 but on a side not the fact a console has exclusively has a whole are is wrong. I wonder if that's only locked for a year like sony 🤔
6:16 Newt's niffler Alfred can be found in several places. I found one on my first playthrough following Prof. Fig in the intro. When you cross the "repaired" bridge on the right side looking off the cliff they are eating candy and watching the sunset.
i rarely subscribe to people but you don't drone on about irrelevant things, your videos are straight to the point. I looked up one of your Hogwarts Legacy videos and it helped me out. Thank You!
@12:03 I have found 3 doors you unlock by halting the pendulum. Just halt the pendulum on the symbol that's on the door. They are all nearby the one you show. One is between floors in one of the stairwells
There are 4 doors and it is part of the '3 secrets' of the school. You need alohomora to access 3 of them, though the fourth is in the Crossed Wands arena at the bottom.
You also can see the niffler and pickett in the beginning of the game. When you are using portals. Just before the ruin with the statue on the right side.
the problem with the brewing cauldron in the stall being a nod to hermione and crew is simple .... wrong bathroom ... moaning myrtle haunted the slytherin sink bathroom THAT is where the cauldron should be ...
@@peadrianlastname dont forget the bathroom with the hidden room in one stall .. you need to flush the toilet to open it ... I think it is the cauldron room
Moaning Myrtle could move freely around the castle, she visited Harry in the Perfects bathroom. But yes, they brewed the potion in the dungeon's girls toilet.
Who is the mysterious, floating man *BENEATH* Hogwarts?! (Possibly Minister Spaven?) Also, Prof. Percival Rackham’s body is very much alive down there. www.twitch.tv/phuskooz
I don’t like how everyone keeps calling some of them Easter Eggs. The Harry Potter stories are meant to happen 100 years later. If they didn’t include the things at Hogwarts that are meant to be 1,000’s of years prior it wouldn’t add up.
In the book, Sirius wasn't kept in the rooftop cage. He was put in Flitwick's office and extracted from the outside via the "thirteenth window from the right". That cage is strictly a movie reference.
Really irritated me when they had the girl in the library quiz us and she asks can you change species with polyjuice potion and she said NO you cannot... Human? Cat? Hermione? ... Bs quiz answer.
I have completed this game It is now incredibly boring I would go 100% but I has got game save problems And I don't think I want to start from beginning I will get it on PC eventually so I can download 100% complete game and mod it
I think my favorite sentence in the whole game is "Tickle the pear". 😂I don't know if it's an intentional easter egg, but you can also use the hairstyle of Newt Scamander and one that looks a lot like Percival Graves' hairstyle.
I just want to put this out there for the clocktower secret. Arresto momentum is not the only spell you can use on it. You can also use Glacio, which I personally think works better. Every video I've seen about it says it HAS to be arresto momentum
After getting lvl3 alohomora and getting to the headmaster office you can open a door to Black's private bedroom. There is a letter from his wife talking about their kids - Belvina, Fineas, Cignus and Sirius. I don't know if this is THAT Sirius, but it would look like headmaster form Hogwart's Legacy is Sirius Black's father
They have 3 generations between them. Phineas is a grandparent of Sirius Grandfather (from his mother side). Same as saying: if you start the generations at Phineas (gen1) sirius is gen5
I think the twins by Zonko’s in my game don’t have red hair? I’ll have to play it again to see, but I distinctly remember there were twins and it reminded me of the Weasleys, but I thought they looked black..?
Ominis is blind? I thought he saw the snake door. That and he walks and talks first just fine Edit: looked it up, damn how he "sees" is fucking cool. So cool that they implemented this
Bellatrix didn't kill Sirius with the killing curse that was just a movie only thing, in both the movie and the book her spell knocks him back into the veil which is what actually kills him because its a one way portal to the afterlife.

the 'mandrake tea party happens' in a few places.
There is one about 2 mins into the game.
I love this game, is absolutely amazing and full of love and nostalgia
Well done, i love Hogwarts Legacy
You can also get Ron’s dress robes by finding all 3 secrets in hogwarts
What a truly wonderful video, thank you Andy, keep up the great work!
Oh that's great to hear Tim, really makes it worthwhile reading comments like yours, really glad you enjoyed it and thanks for letting me know mate!
@@AndyReloads my pleasure Andy, it's easy to say with such great content, thank you!
@@AndyReloads you should make a spell diamond video showing how you have your spells set up and your favorite combos.
#teamearly . This game surprises me everyday with exploration and i barely scartched the surface with main story
I know mate & I hope you're enjoying it so far!
If you keep attacking the mirror looking into the lake where you meet Ominus for the first time, the giant squid will slap one of its tentacles from the other side
Great video, thank you (:
Also FYI @12:26 there's also a similar spot behind the fireplace in the library.. So now I'm wondering if there might be even more of those
What?! Lol that's awesome. I'm gonna be putting out all the fires every time I see a fireplace now, lmao.
One thing i dont understand is WHY COULDN'T THEY SAVE LILY AND JAMES POTTER😭😭😭😭
that k room tapestry takes you to a room that shows werewolfs.
#teamearly
Always great to see you here early mate & cheers for the footage!
Once they said a phoenix was missing I already guessed 😅
There’s another fireplace in the library where you can go through as well with glacias.
There is also a secret fireplace room in the library. so many secrets everywhere, its amazing
I would be walking just fine if it weren’t for that fluffy beast.”
so here is my question : is it possible to beat hogwarts legacy without using a curse? I want to make a real hufflepuff run through.
Yes
You can find the Quill of Acceptance and Book of Admittance by finding the key in Professor Black's office and then opening the locked door at the end of the hallway leading up to his office. My favorite room in the castle!
😂 you can land up there from the outside aswell I unlocked it all before the mission you just can’t pick a note up in the room and also you need alohamora unlocks
I don't know if the phoenix is the same, but I sure as hell named it Fawkes anyway 😂
The clock secret also works with the freezing spell. I think it even lasts until you unfreeze it with one of the fire spells
I guarantee that Voldemort is a descendant of one of Ominous’s siblings and not him.
Dumbledore starts hogwarts as his first year when you start your 7th year so we will see him in the 3rd hogwarts legacy game
If they make that many
The sound of this pear in the kitchen is so funny😂 btw thanks for your video, keep it up! ❤
Why do the tapestries glow blue if they can't be interacted with? Maybe I don't have the right spell or maybe its just highlighting them because of the page that's found in there?
try using Lumos on them , they will change a bit.,
There is a Phoenix painting on the wall where should be a statue with the entrance to the Dumbledoor's office.
This is so interesting thanks! Never would've noticed all of these without this video :)
Surely quidditch as a DLC may not be a bad idea for this game. So far a lot of the contents in Hogwarts Legacy have been very good.
They would definitely have to fix the broom controls if they did that. The current broom controls are absolutely atrocious and would make quidditch not very enjoyable
So many harry potter easter eggs in a harry potter game🤯
Keep up the good and hard work Andy 🤙🏼 but on a side not the fact a console has exclusively has a whole are is wrong. I wonder if that's only locked for a year like sony 🤔
6:16 Newt's niffler Alfred can be found in several places. I found one on my first playthrough following Prof. Fig in the intro. When you cross the "repaired" bridge on the right side looking off the cliff they are eating candy and watching the sunset.
You know what, I appreciate that spoiler warning.
It should have been obvious really, but Imma watch this later.
i rarely subscribe to people but you don't drone on about irrelevant things, your videos are straight to the point. I looked up one of your Hogwarts Legacy videos and it helped me out. Thank You!
These are soooo good. Missed a ton of these so thank you for sharing!
Great stuff guys - looks good fun! "Tickle the pear" you say??!!! 😃
So many UA-camrs posting on this game but I keep finding myself at your channel.
I've been around the castle for a long time and still don't recognize most of the areas in this video. It's so damn huge and epic
there he is!
No matter the house (I'm in Ravenclaw), you converse and work with Sebastian and Ominis in several quests.
There's also a fireplace in the Library you can go through once you put out the fire.
I love how they added the stairs in the common rooms when a wizard tries to go into the witches rooms it turns into a slide lol
Oh yeah I noticed that day 1 when I was just exploring lol
Looks like we might get a quidditch dlc excited to see what more they have for the story too. Haven’t beaten it yet
There are currently no planned dlc
@@Kujra doubt they won’t add it considering money is to be made
@12:03 I have found 3 doors you unlock by halting the pendulum.
This game is Awsome and so much to do and be explored it kinda draws you away from the main story in a way but I like it !.
the problem with the brewing cauldron in the stall being a nod to hermione and crew is simple .... wrong bathroom ... moaning myrtle haunted the slytherin sink bathroom THAT is where the cauldron should be ...
There's already an Easter egg in that bathroom with the snake on the tap I think they did good spreading it out
@@peadrianlastname dont forget the bathroom with the hidden room in one stall .. you need to flush the toilet to open it ... I think it is the cauldron room
Moaning Myrtle could move freely around the castle, she visited Harry in the Perfects bathroom. But yes, they brewed the potion in the dungeon's girls toilet.
Also why tf did Salazar Slytherin put the chamber in the girls bathroom? Creeper
I kinda broke the wizards chess bit in the haunted shop. I just sprinted past instantly and won lol
Who is the mysterious, floating man *BENEATH* Hogwarts?!
(Possibly Minister Spaven?)
Also, Prof. Percival Rackham’s body is very much alive down there.

You can also use Glacius on the clock tower pendulum, that way you can cast a fire spell to access the next one when you are ready.
That and he walks and talks first just fine
Edit: looked it up, damn how he "sees" is fucking cool. So cool that they implemented this
Bellatrix didn't kill Sirius with the killing curse that was just a movie only thing, in both the movie and the book her spell knocks him back into the veil which is what actually kills him because its a one way portal to the afterlife.
My wife and I chose content with game, we think that we will succeed GOOD LUCK EVERYONE !!!
I love when professor Black says “quidditch will be suspended this year, until DLC is made available…”
