UA-cam algorithm sent me here. Thanks for posting. I didn't know this was a thing but I definitely needed one.
These things are great, one of the first improvements I made to my Cherokee when I got it.
Your video was very useful, I will be ordering that for my XJ ❤👍
Is this my sign to fix my loose center console...?
Fixed it, and it was a breeze. Now my center console doesn't move or shake👍
Did mine a couple years ago, one of the best quality of life upgrades for the XJ.
Thanks buddy. I had been thinking about getting the one from JCR, but wow it’s a lot . Twenty bucks sounds about right.
yea, total rip off !
i made one with scrap metal a few years ago because there was no cheap versions on the market... but yea, 20 bucks sounds like a fair price.
If your airbag control module box is under your drive seat, this is a good time for you to relocate it to under the center console like he has in this video. my 98 xj had the module under the seat but my 2001 has it under the console. it is better protected and out of the way when it is in the console
Your videos have helped me plenty, thank you!

I believe it was a recall to relocate it in 99 due to it being exposed to water out in the open and not protected.
I love watching your videos. By far the best help on working on xj's. Keep up the great work
Great video again Austin! I'm looking forward to your next one. Take care and catch you on your next video.
Great video
Thanks for the vid and link. This is what my XJ needs bad. l Wasn't sure on which of the lower dollar options would work.
Can you make a video on how to fix or replace the glove box plastic hinge because mine just broke, and I don't see any alternatives?
Nice…thanks for this 👍. Really appreciate the link (just bought one).
I need this. I also need the centre console tray lid due to the cleaners breaking it off to remove it to clean. Such a piss off too.
It took you how many years to find and install this? I'm laughing because of all the great videos you've done that have greatly helped me. Seems like something that would have been done long ago.
I was intending doing this long ago but couldn't justify paying $80 for one of these. Then I saw them for $20 on Ebay lol!
Love your channel awesome are you going to do some more four wheeling videos
Hopefully I can in the future!
Cool👍👍
I still need to do this lol
ok ordered. 17.97
🤙🏻
Well damn we broke it! 😂
Thanks for the videos, they have been a great source of information. I have a question my 98 XJ. I had to remove the neutral switch from the transmission (a pure nightmare).
I bought a new one but I can't get the jeep to start at all. Any ideas. I would be grateful for any help. Thanks again.
Hard to say, I need more info. Did it run before you replaced it?
Will this work for a 95? All seem to start with the 97’s. Thank you .
The pre 97 XJ's already use a metal style bracket, and it is a different design than post 97.
How it sounds with the new cam?
Good, it's a mild cam so it's not going to get a heavy chop chop at idle. But I do notice more low end torque which is nice
sold my XJ but this bugged the S**** out of me .....didnt want to spend 99$ to fix
