- The plaintiff says he was married to the defendant and she co-signed on a truck for him. He claims that once they were headed for divorce, the defendant stole the truck from him after he served her with spousal support papers, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff is a cheating scoundrel who missed a truck payment, so her lawyer advised her to repossess it. She’s countersuing for a cell phone bill.

I'm actually really disgusted that they told him to go after her for it. Now I don’t believe he’s disabled but there is a thing called invisible disabilities. Chronic dizziness, fatigue, and pain. They also consider mental illness and parts of the autism spectrum. Gut disorders, epilepsy, etc. Also I would make note that depending on the severity it would put him out of work but this guy just seems to be a dick. Idk if you can get disability for that
