Dave wanders off to his death. But if you do manage to keep him alive, which you literally could not do at this level, especially with this modlist, he just ends up squatting in the town of Old Olney in an alley for the rest of the game. It's not a town with settlers. Do not visit.
There's a mod within the Wild Card list that lets you buy weapon mods straight from your pip boy. Just select a mod that isn't on your gun and buy it, then it lets you select a place for it to be sent to. I use the blue delivery box right outside Megaton for F03 and the delivery box inside the main office at Novac for FNV. You have to first discover the delivery box by opening it and then they become available as shipping locations. Saves a lot of hassle waiting to find a vendor that has a specific weapon mod.
Fallout raiders and Elder Scrolls bandits are so stupid they should be considered pre-sapient. Their reaction to seeing a heavily armed guy in power armor or a seasoned adventurer in magical gear is suicidal.
13:40 I like power armor but the perks for light armor in new vegas are too OP to ignore. Plus some light armors come with bonus crit chance. You don't need that much armor if everyone shooting you is dead from the crazy crit DPS lol
Anyone trying to get this to install and having it freeze on the menu-art, you must have version 3.3.2a of TTW and NOT the latest 3.3 version. Also, it was a pita to find (for me). There is a Google Drive version in the bugs section.
i reloaded my save a dozen times with 100+ speach and failed this stupid check everytime. i could not get it to register a sucsess. i eventually gave up and thought it was impossible.
I have tried to start a run of Wild Card TTW using 5.0 version. Using the same Stats but I find I don't have the same trait options as you do when. Like the Built for Destruction is not available as a Trait. Did you use version 5.0 or an older version. I see that their are 3.8 and 3.6 versions. Or did you deselect/select some mods. I also did the Casual profile.
Been binging this all day at work. Thanks Wandy 👍

Thanks, I guess I just have to interact with the box then.
President Dave is such a drama queen.
For sure

I suggest doing the Point Lookout DLC ASAP. You get 2 perks that each add 5 damage to each projectile. So that's 30 damage bonus to your tri beam.
Do youn need cores for the power armour? I don't mind PA if cores are needed and they're relatively rare. It's a balance thing!
If you give scrap metal to the man who keeps the water system going in Megaton would that help keep the rads down in the water, maybe?
No
