Fast & Easy Keto Bacon Wrapped Avocado Fries With Chipotle Sauce - Easy High Protein Low Carb Recipe
Keto Bacon-Wrapped Avocado Fries
Ingredients:
2 ripe but firm avocados
8 slices of bacon (sugar-free and keto-friendly)
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Toothpicks (optional, for securing the bacon)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Avocados:
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
Carefully peel the avocados and slice each half into 4 even wedges, resulting in 8 wedges per avocado.
Season the Avocado Slices:
In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Gently sprinkle the seasoning mix over the avocado slices, coating them evenly.
Wrap with Bacon:
Take each avocado slice and wrap a slice of bacon around it, starting at one end and wrapping towards the other end. If necessary, use a toothpick to secure the bacon in place.
Bake:
Place the bacon-wrapped avocado slices on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not touching.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and browned. You may need to turn the slices halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Cool and Serve:

    Just made these and they are absolutely delicious. The cake part is to die for, for the topping I used a very thin transparent confectioner sugar glaze as I am low carb, not strictly keto. Thank you for this recipe, I wish you had quoted the author … and if you developed the recipe say so!

    Try using monk fruit it's great for baking. No carbs and no erythritol which can cause gastrointestinal issues.

    Don't care if the biscuits are flat, as long as they taste good. The only thing I'd offer is to break that sausage down more; chunks were too big. Oh, and brown it up a bit more.
