Just have to say, I love your content and delivery!! I'm keto at the moment, so have been enjoying those demos. Your channel is pure enjoyment! Thank you!😋
Dave Love your keto recipes. For a great snack dessert add about 1/4 a teaspoon of almond extract or even vanilla extract to about 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese.
I have searched everywhere and can’t find keto hoagie type rolls, but I’m thinking you could just use a hotdog or hamburger bun and hollow it out. This looks really good and even better than that, super easy. I appreciate you giving options for us ketoers. Thank you so much for all you do, you are awesome.
I doubled and made a big pan Of your stuffed. Pumpkin cheesecake bars for Thanksgiving ! I know my son is going to absolutely love it. I appreciate your recipes?❤😊
Yay! I'm first! Good morning Dave! I made your Crack chicken soup yesterday. Yum! This will be good too. Ricotta kind of grosses me out unless it's a really blended in ingredient. And it's never bothered me in lasagne, but never on pizza. I made a keto lemon ricotta cake batter that was ok. You stuffed it perfectly, Dave. More delicious and more nutritious with more filling.
If you mix egg w/ Evaporated milk it will cook up into a kinda custardy layer. It is fantastic in lasagna. I live with non-ricotta lovers. Would probably work in other things. Just search 'lasagna no ricotta'.
I like this. And watching the secret, I agree with Cary do the shop thing, you could even sneak peak the next vid that way. The snack thing sounded good too. You get new people with the recipe, you keep people because of you
I am thinking lasagna would be perfect with a keto or carnivore crepe/noodle. I do one with eggs, cream cheese, pork rinds and parmesan. Or could be chaffles or any kind of bread or crepe or even tortilla base.
I'm super lazy....LOL I make lasagna using cauliflower for noodles; i just steam it squeeze out all the liquid, then layer in the pan as if it was a noodle b4 baking as usual. The cauliflower pretty much takes on the flavor of whatever you're making, & it gives a bit of bite like noodles do in any dish. Noodles don't add much for flavor only texture & bulk, which is what cauliflower does too. I've made lasagna using garlic fettuccine sauce for a white chicken or leftover turkey lasagna, & also a red sauce with Italian sausage & beef muxed... all were to die for TBH as the cauliflower worked well, so I've made these many times. I also make keto chilli using hot Italian sausage for the base & adding ground beef, rotell tomatoes, chilli pouder, cumin, Cheyennepepper, S&P, & whatever sounds good spice wise in the moment....LOL it usually turns out pretty low carb with only the tomatoes, Italian sausage, & spices adding anything.
I make lasagna with deli turkey. The rectangular turkey from Walmart. It comes with either 12 or 16 slices so it makes plenty of layers for a big glass baking dish!
Just be sure to "dry" them out real good on paper towels first or your sauce will get watery. Also add a little glucomanaan to the sauce because there's no noodle to soak up the watery part of the sauce.
It's pronounced "Ray-oh's" It's here in Little Italy in the Bronx. You have to make reservations a year in advance, unless you're "Somebody" Excited to try your recipe!
looks good but I think i will toast off the pulled out bread to make crotons to do almost a pasta layer and would melt some cheese on the bread bowl to stop it from getting soggy
My thoughts:1) Polly-o ricotta and mozzarella is superior in flavor IMHO. 2) the thing about lasagna is the layers of pasta, so why not layer the bread you scooped out? 3) I'm sure it's delicious, but it's more of a pizza boat than a lasagna. 4) my favorite Italian bread is the braided sesame, so I would just cut that bread in thin slices in place of the pasta.
Alright you gotta do a keto bread bowl and mac n cheese panera knockoff or even just regular knock off, probably hard to do keto because bread, I don't really know what I'm talking about I just get excited and start talking
I am wanting to try your recipe - IT LOOKS DELICIOUS! But, the only thing holding me back is the bread. Where did you get a Keto friendly already baked Italian bread?
I will for sure try this recipe, looks yummy. Dave for the love of all that is holy, please use a cutting board. Don't cut food in your cookware :) Great stuff, keep it up!
5:31 Def release it. and add in funny afterthoughts in black and white on your failed video. The reason people watch you isnt perfection, its the comedy journey..

You can make Ricotta from cottage cheese. Just add an egg or 2 to it with s n p and garlic powder.
Yummy Dave, holy cow my love of garlic bread and lasagna together?! Seriously looks amazing! 💙🍽️😋

Looks so yummy 😋 I think I would layer it with garlic Texas toast 😊
My daughter makes a great Pepperoni Lasagna. I bet this would be good with the pepperoni. Thanks for doing something that doesnt have to be Keto
Might use portabella mushrooms but I find I need bread type food occasionally Great job! Looks so yummy
Thanks Dave! I will have to try this!
Making this for sure!....😊

Definitely a 'who you know' place. There are only like 7 or 8 tables in the place.
Been several times and it's legit.
Love ricotta. So yum.
I'm trying to stay keto but I would love this!
Your recipes are so fun!
Awesome, thanks
Looks delicious!

Another Winner 🏆
😂😂😂 he said, "It's healthy," hahahaha... 😂😂😂
If I were to use keto liaf bread, would I layer the bread the ,t🎉oast it first with garlic butter, then alternate, bread, cheese sause 🤔etc.
I like how you had the egg pre cracked 😂

Always spray the inside of foil over cheese.
Brilliant
Three cloves of garlic? I use 10. Trust me, more is always better.
So when I make Lasagna I cheat and just mix everything together with the meat, cheese & sauce . It turns out just as good per my family.
Any ideas😊
I am wanting to try your recipe - IT LOOKS DELICIOUS! But, the only thing holding me back is the bread. Where did you get a Keto friendly already baked Italian bread?
Try zucchini or fathead dough
I am going to try this with a keto hot dog bun.
Lets face it you just made a deep French bread pizza/lasagna. That looks good through.
Hey Dave, more cooking, less losing ebay orders please. 😊
I'm sorry did you say "rouse" marinara sauce? It's Ray-O's.
Make the Keto version 😊😊😊😊
I don't know. Seems like about the same amount of effort to make regular lasagna, so I question it being fast and easy. But it still looks good.
It’s like a meatball sub🙃
that's more like a pizza. ooey gooey cheesy!
I like the taste of mascarpone better than the taste of ricotta.
There is a difference between a dry measuring cup and a liquid measure, just saying!
I use cottage cheese in my lasagna because I don't like ricotta
Ray-oh’s
👍🏻
cut it with a sharp knife that you don't have to saw back and forth...
I will for sure try this recipe, looks yummy. Dave for the love of all that is holy, please use a cutting board. Don't cut food in your cookware :) Great stuff, keep it up!
