hp is almost the same as cv..why you talk about 256? the m3, csl or not, has 343 cv. unless you talk about kw (but i hear you say hp), but who does that? or this some u.s.a. thing i dont get.. how many cv your m3 has?

Im begging. SUNBEAM EQUAL LENGTH SECTION 1. PLEEEEEEEASE. An equal length section 1 is the only way to clean up the tin fart slop sound when it comes to the s54's. I had to go ARH 6-1 kit with their 3.5 single section 1. Sounds like an F1 at 8250k. If anyone had made a true dual equal section 1, I would've gotten it. RASP eliminators do not work. Get a tune by Hassan at HTE. E85 kit. Valve adjustment and vanos rebuild. Currently making 390whp with all of my mods in my m3 vert.

Does the dyno have a margin of error? I feel like 1-2 HP is so freaking close that it's basically a tie. And you spent way less than $150k to get there. I love these builds. This is the kind of car content we love.

You know those numbers were from a BRAND NEW CSL. If your M3 was BRAND NEW, you'd be over what the new figures for a CSL are. It's just factually true that cars lose power over time.

Most annoying part for me in removing the factory airbox was the plastic oil drain hose on the bottom of it. Holy hell, cause i didnt want to break it, next time ill just get a new one lol

The shifter work is giving my vietnam flashbacks of replacing the bushings on my E36 M3 shifter and the infamous "bitch clip"

First of all wt is that dyno, the stock E46 M3 makes 290 WHP, in what world does a CSL make 260? My stock 330ci makes 210WHP. 2nd, the CSL has different cams, you"re not gonna make more power than a CSL with just a fake carbon intake 3. that exhaust sounds anything but good

Needs better quality/looking csl bumper. Those ebay/ecs bumpers have a bubbly chipmunk look. MileEnd or Vorsteiner looks more angular like the factory CSL.
