You guys are fucking killing me. This honestly brings a tear to my nearly middle aged eyes. When I was a kid I bought a 1985 Suzuki RM 125 in a pile of boxes and parts from some crackhead in northern mass off craigslist for 150 bucks. I think I was like 12 at the time, made the money shoveling shit at a sheep farm down the road, bought a clymer manual at the local suzuki dealer and would work on putting it back together after school during the week. I think the only thing I needed for it that wasn't in the boxes was it needed a new piston, rings and wrist pin, I ordered that from JC Whitney at the time. This was the early 2000s and my parents refused to get the internet so I did all of it the old school way. Man what a time it was back then, miss those days. That 125 really made a place in my heart for motorcycles, especially suzukis. Kept that bike for years and finally got rid of it when I graduated high school. Ended up buying a new DRZ 400 SM when I was in college working a job building horse fences. Keep up the good work guys! Makes me feel right at home 😂
I should add because I commented before watching the entire video. I can still to this day rebuild a Mikuni carb basically with my eyes closed, have a drawer full of jets from various bikes over the years.
Used to draw this model with pencil and paper in the late '70's, even though I sucked at artwork. Beautiful bike, then and now. Thank you for the trip down memory lane, and the awesome build
Dude, I knew there was a reason for all the Brazilian cultural inserts in your videos, your editor is Brazillian, that's really cool! That being said, could you guys make it so the merch gets here in Brazil a little easier? hahaha Amazing content; I love you guys! Jerr really has a problem, and I love it. Keep doing it! Small note, amazing to see the LTT nod with the screwdriver :D

Hey, that's Ayrton Senna victory music when you guys started the bike for the first time. Every time he won a F1 race they played that music when he crossed the finish line. As a Brazilian and a Senna fan I was very glad to hear it. Cheers from Brazil!!!
YESSIRRRR I hope this is good news. We've been asking for it and DLL have discussed it on WAN frequently. I came to the comments specifically to find comments like this 😅
My name also being the same as your name, I bought a bike for $200 that wouldn't idle and had lots of engine in the oil, I removed the engine from the oil and now it runs great (except it shifts a little rough as some engine parts circulated through the transmission).
This is how I got my first and current bike, a 1978 GS400. Bought it for 100 bucks from a detailing client. Came as a frame, engine, and boxes of parts and bolts. Took me 6 months during covid to rebuild and I've slowly been making it my own since then. It only took me about 200 bucks to get it road worthy but I'm probably about 1500 into it now. Worth every penny, a very fun learning experience.
Finally getting into dirtbikes! I'm building a RM85 myself and I absolutely love banana bikes! I actually think I was wearing a bigtime shirt in my last video lol
I see that LTT collab brewing!!! Please do something big with Linus! I think it will really help with getting more subs and people enjoying the channel. Also can't wait to see what new things you have in store for the truck

Back in 2020 I bought a KLX 110 that was only a frame, wheels, and an engine. I ended up piecing the bike back together, but I did it for the same cost as just going out and buying a complete used bike. On one hand I wish I would've bought a complete running bike, but on the other hand I learned a lot about the bike in the process to include completely separating the cases and rebuilding the transmission.
I rep my big time hat instead of my pre Ken death kill all tires hat, r.i.p. I appreciate the work and passion you guys are putting into every dollar to teach and entertain the masses. How could you have a more diverse collection of stuff already, keep it up!
Bought a ( I believe ) xr100 4 stroke from my high school auto class in grade 9 or 10 in a similar state. Boxes and crates. Was happy to ride that thing, only missing part I can recall was a plate for the valve cover. She spat oil the first run, but I vaguely remember cutting a steel plate and covering the hole. It was literally down to the camshaft and timing gears being in boxes. I was shocked it was all there. Was even more shocked it ran like a charm first try, even guessed on the timing and nailed it.
This is cool!!! Reminding me of when I was thinking of buying a motor for my bicycle when I had my first job. That might be a cool video building a bicycle with a 150 cc engine off Amazon and then making it faster etc
I rebuilt a BSA B21 with my grandpa when I was about 14. It’s a fond memory. He thought it was hilarious when I caught a jolt off the magneto when we were tested the spark plug.
