late reply to this but I assume Juno is a flex since her best comp is with Brig, and typically the Ana Juno comp that was super popular when she launched was really greed, which is typical of double flex? (although interesting since the person who plays Juno is often confusing since, going off the Korean teams, using CR for example, Chorong played the Main while Shu did the Juno, but with team falcons, unless Fielder is EXTREMELY flexible, the flex player playing Brig while Chiyo, the Main support, played Juno, so im honestly super confused for her position)

Hi coach, I love your videos but sometimes the team fights can be confusing to understand holistically due to frequently cutting to player povs rather than the VOD reviews on stream which is much more about top-down high-level view. I think it would be easier to learn from these team fights if there was more time to understand the big picture and then use player povs to just look at the key micros. This is just my opinion as one viewer tho. Keep it up!

If main supports were based on meta patterns then why are mercy and lifeweaver called main supports if they're basically useless, as you say?

Summary for those who need it: 1. Get to flank or backline asap, which may mean going through the middle 2. Prioritize squishies and low hp enemies, but shoot as often as possible because you distract the enemy and charge your ult 3. With recall, you should play more risky, like diving the squishies even when they’re protected by their team 4. Without recall, tickle the enemy to make them turn around and give your team free hits. Always use cover 5. Fight your instinct to run to your team, just find a medkit and stay within attack range, preferably behind the enemy. Also, escape is easier with your blinks 6. Use pulse bomb asap

I dont like how limited the map pool is, not even giving a team like Toronto Defiant the option to pick Gibraltar is a factor that hinders the team from the get go. Should have gone with a system like CS map pick system

Its an actual skill that Blizzard has with taking very simple concepts and making them absolutely convoluted and terrible. Example: the hide and seek Genji/Kiriko thing, they made it so the defenders could melee the attackers? Wtaf? Your point at 4:30 is both a great insight and a super important thing to remember; teams are playing to win, not neccisarily to have fun. Banning the OP pick of the patch also bans said pick for YOUR team too, and if you guys have scrimmed every game with a mauga, you probably don't want to go banning it. Unrelated to that, I think the whole "if you ban a champ then the rest of the role can't be banned", is actually really interesting but won't be good from a broadcasting perspective. Its a very interesting metagame balancing whether you want to ban a specific hero or to protect an entire role, BUT i don't think that the extra metagame is intuitive or very interesting to watch for the vast majority of viewers. Maybe a more simplified system of banning a single hero and then protecting a single hero would be better an a lot more intuitive for viewers. Great video <3

The baning system is dumb. Now good people or teams will ban sht hero to protect meta pics. So first pick just ban S 76 to protect Widow. The worse design hero in history

I'm no lawyer but I would imagine hero bans being implemented is desirable both for any of the franchise teams in the league and for Blizzard. Whatever effect the most recent balance patch has leading into league competition could influence the outcome given the preferences for each team. So hero bans might absolve Blizzard's development team of any liability in regards to potential accusations of favoritism or fixing.

Idk if anyone else has called itt this, but given how volatile and sporadic Hazard is with that fast pace support, I like to call this the PunkHazard meta. If not for any other reason than to also reference one piece. God I hate mauga mirrors, but Hazard and queen are just so electric with it, and those ultimate festivals are so fun to watch
