    I think it would be cool to see some kind of hindsight illustration, like what could have falcons done to win a crucial fight on city center, positioning/cd/ult wise. just highlighting the detrimental mistakes and seeing your prediction for how the fight would have played out, maybe as a little segment after the 'main' video is done. Also, thank you for making this video despite all the roadblocks, cant wait to see more!

      I am not going to expect 90% of the playerbase to understand basic macro when making my videos. I use these videos to introduce more basic concepts.
      I have experience coaching at the T2 level. What I do in these videos is not coaching. It is a presentation to your average player.

    OW is gonna cease to exist as an esport if they continue handling things the way they have been. Esports need channels like these, the esport needs to be accessible for it to survive, let alone grow. Trying to watch all the matches you want to see in these last few tournaments has been a headache, barely any advertising at all for EWC, the community has literally been carrying the load for the tournament organizers as far as getting people in the loop.

    Hi coach thx for the nice analysis of the final stage. I’ve recently got into your videos due to algorithms and learning a lot about heroes and some of the comps. While I was watching owcs, I came up with few questions, and it seemed like you were the only one to actually ask this questions. The game I’ve been wondering is the circuit royal match between SSG and team falcons. I do remember SSG starting as rein rush with sym, mei, lucio, bap and Falcons with the sig, phara, LW, bap, hanzo. On the SSG attack they were able to quickly push all of their payloads up to 3rd point. When it became SSG defense, Falcon brought the mauga, genji, venture extreme dive comp which lead to Landon just evaporating instantly. Then Hadi changes from rein to sig, but at the end falcons payload made up to 3rd point.
    What I am curious is would there be a specific reason why sparkr didn’t go bastion?
    As I remember, most of the SSG’s team were composed of formal London spitfire members(except funnyastro) and their basic team comp during the last league was rein, sym, bastion, lucio, and bap. They showed the exceptional use of TP creating unexpected kills and taking a huge space.
    Circuit royal is a map where there aren’t a lot of space to take cover and especially if you are on mauga, it will be difficult to actually hide that huge hit box on this map. In addition since the mauga, genji, venture becomes powerless when the enemy avoids their strong dash turn, if SSG used the sym TP to avoid that dash turn and use bastion turret form to grind the mauga out, would this bastion pick lead to SSG winning the match up?
    Thank you I look forward for more videos from you.

    This one is interesting to me because in ladder play, it's pretty much SOP to have an Ana if the enemy hog is having undue influence. Is this not considered effective at the pro level, or does Fielder just not play Ana?

    • @Coach_Ocie
      @Coach_Ocie  4 місяці тому +1

      What you might think of a "counter" often doesn't apply when the game is played correctly at the professional level. If Fielder played Ana, first off, Ana is not good with the Mauga composition, and she also won't get any value anyways.
      She'd be a constant target, and it would be difficult to keep Ana alive. If Ana nades Hog he gets insta suzu'd. It does nothing.
      Composition matters more than individual heroes. You need to consider how heroes interact.

      @@Coach_Ocie it’s your life and you are entitled to living it out as you please and to hold your own perspectives, as I am as well. Your life choices and the content you create can be independent. I am in full support of the gay and lesbian communities, but where I personally draw the line is trans. I’m not here to change your choices, merely stating I don’t support them. If you even want my perspective I think it odd that throughout all of humanity we have had a relatively consistent ratio of trans individuals respective to those who are not. In recent times this number has exponentially increased to the point that it’s difficult to respect people’s true identity. Have genetics changed or is there something within our culture that has caused this significant increase? I think it’s the latter.

      Still absolutely no excuse for going out of your way to attack me. Would you say the same thing to a trans person talking to them in-person? Would you feel the same level of comfort saying something like that to someone when you aren't protected by the computer screen?
      That's the question I want you to think about.

      @@Coach_Ocie I wouldn’t if the basis of the interaction was independent of their trans identity. I would if they were not, as is in this scenario. I’m a highly conscientious person with high openness meaning I’m not afraid of controversial conversation and willingness to hear another’s perspective. I’m always willing to grow as a person as I take on new information, but I have yet to hear a compelling argument for adapting my current viewpoints. I just find it ironic that I have expressed my openness to the free will of you living your life how you please, just without personal supporting it, yet you urge me to change mine. I challenge your own statement then, why choose to be offended by my statement? I would argue either there is an internal insecurity present with your decision or there is availability toward working towards greater emotional fortitude. Only you control your emotions, don’t let me influence them so easily. I challenge you to be who you are and be confident in that, trans or non
