This was great! I often don’t watch these type of videos bc other coaches will pause the vod for 20+ minutes and spend that time talking about so many redundant things and not get to the point that although while informative it’s super boring 😴
Can we get some lucio!? I would love some more support videos as anytime I try to look for tips or plays I always find dps and tank. Very few videos on supports. Either way I'm excited to hear player insight on their own mindset. Good luck on future videos!
I know Pge is constantly a meme but I seriously want him and Sog (or I guess now NRG) to do extremly well and Prove that they aren't just the weak team. They most definitely have the caliber to do so. Thanks for the awesome video :D
Also 7:37 I wonder how many of these clutters or boxes can be seen on the lower quality some pros play at for performance issues. I remember this clip from flats on old Junker Town that there was something blocking a sightline so this might be something ua-cam.com/users/shortsrWH9zCIIDuc?si=maeMO72-Kvpg2stK Also I know that there are like ballons that you can shot on blizard world. (Which one time interupted my sleep on an ulting pharoah) so I wonder if these boxes aren't seen ont he graphics pros play at but idk
Which team subs first? I was under the impression that NRG and TSM would put in subs at the same time, but you pointed out that NRG changed their strat after iCY was put in. Is it similar to how they pick maps?
Players for each map are decided simultaneously during the map-pick process before the match begins. Each team doesn't know what the other team picked roster-wise for the map until that map begins.
constructive criticism: would love to see the point-to-point player analysis alongside the team’s ult rotations. you spoke a bit about when SOG cycled ults/angle pressure but didn’t really speak about the overall ult economy from TSM and how they were on the back foot due to missed ults & timings. (aside from the M8ball beat on second’that should’ve swung the fight if they had better target prio) one player can pop off but the team game that they pop off in is crucial. great vid! excited for more
I agree that there is a lot more happening, but I believe this is simply a limitation of the format. I started creating these player-oriented analysis videos because they are easier to digest for your average player while also remaining interesting and relevant for players who understand professional play. I have other videos that focus more on the overall macro of each fight, but those have truthfully been less successful. I believe there are ways to make those work, but it's easier to focus on one player's impact to create successful content. It's a worthwhile tradeoff in my eyes.
You wouldn't want to play Ana in Mauga comp outside of maybe a hyper aggro strat into Brawl? There is no reason to give up Kiri/Bap and you can't give up Lucio.
@@EpicVideoMaster11 I agree that analysis is necessary, but not every loss can be chalked up to one team doing as poorly as TSM did on defense. SOG played decently and TSM made bad decisions, and tbh pro games shouldn’t really be going like that for an entire map. I can understand mistakes, but I did not see one thing tsm did to any praiseworthy degree during their defense on this map, and it made SOG look far more impressive than they were. Teams have off games and I’m not gonna call either team bad overall. That being said, this wasn’t one I’d consider analysis helpful for unless it were going over the things tsm did wrong, because that’s what influenced the game; not any specific plays made by any 1 person.
@@EpicVideoMaster11 A more effective analysis would be more focused on why TSM sucked so much ass instead of why PGE did what is expected of a pro-level sojourn player. It's a good video, but PGE's impact was far less important than TSM just not playing the map correctly. PGE did fine, but the only actually important play he made for the first two points was getting bap low enough for scissors to finish him off, then winning the sojourn 1v1 on 2nd against a player who he should be beating, because Seonjun is not designated as TSM's Sojourn player
Ocie glazing PGE for 10 minutes oh how beautiful...
Sorry about no interview I am quite shy but awesome :D
fire giant guy LOL
It's all good PGE :) You are a busy man

Putting PGE in the front of the title so I clicked, liked and subscribed. Well capitalized on the PGE hype 👌🏾 good job
This is the content im on youtube for. Thank you. I subbed and hope to see more like this.

Those boxes are visible on low settings, but that's not a bad theory ^^
Dude your videos are kick ass. After watching a few of these, i actually understand why people watch espn. Keep cookin man
I will say, your vidoes are well edited and very interesting. As a top level player myself 4 time GM and top 500 I love your vidoes
great vid man, really cool to see a map broken down like this :)
Thanks for making these!
Coach at it again with the goated vids, thanks as always for some 🔥 content
i love these types of player analysis videos it reminds me of krow
Dammit i ran out of Ocie videos to watch :'(
I have a new one for you tomorrow.
so this guy is insane against pro players but goes negative in super's games
his aura is simply unmatched.
students of the game is a raw ass name lmao
Now imagine how much SOG would have destroyed if PGE instalocked pharra at the start of the game like in his ladder matches

my glorious king pge gets recognition...
do we know if there were any women watching pge play during this match and if they looked away on the first fight on 3rd point
Well, ocie is one.
first time ive ever seen pge get glazed for his sojurn instead of him doing pge slides the whole time
very high quality content!
Now let’s see a game where he feeds his brains out
Subbed 👍 love seeing gameplay analysis and will be looking forward to more 👍 okay 👍 have a good day 👍
Turns out he just moved all the times he would have died here to Eichenvalde where he knew his team would carry through anyways
getting to the akshon esports old analysis videos vibes. very nice

Kiri can cleanse nade and Ana would likely just fall over against a tracer/venture or coordinated dive with Lucio

I don’t rly think SOG did anything special here, tsm just made consistently bad decisions and dropped the ball incredibly hard
