what I love about OW sometimes is even when a team can identify and remove the main threat from the enemy team, they spend so many resources doing it that they still lose the fight half the time. It's amazing how it works versus other games.
I'm getting more and more into Overwatch esports and appreciating all the little micro moments that contribute massively to fights and how games go. really interesting breakdown of it all here
I felt that a lot. When you are the most expendable in the group, the pressure mounts in many ways, but I respect the choices he made, helping wherever he can with the short life he has, and not swap to Mei / Reaper who would have a much harder time securing a kill and make him low priority otherwise.
i dont usually care about the league or anythign like that because i dont care about professinal esports and watching the tournaments live can feel too fast and disorientating for me but seeing everything broken down and explained like this was super enjoyable and interesting, so much happening in all the fights! also it was pretty amusing :) great video

Coach, I just want you to know that this kind of OW content is something I’ve been sorely missing. I loved the Akshon esports breakdowns (shoutout to the Katana Zero ost btw notice you both use that). Thanks for making this content and I hope you keep posting moving forward
I discovered your channel with the Juno video, as a big esport fan from rocket league and an overwatch OG (started playing the game during summer 2016, but barely touched competitive) i really like this videos, i don't have the knowledge to really appreciate overwatch esports depth and this type of explanation is both interesting and relaxing
I love that you ackknowledge the teams play as a whole INCLUDING the supports. Also this NRG brig comp is my favourite to play as of rn as a ms. It feels like it works like clockwork idk how to explain it.
I was expecting PGE to be some next level multi layered genius for dying 22 times on purpose but I found that he's just human like everybody else bless him
Ocie, could you make a video on the new Circuit Royal composition that is being played in OWCS Korea? I don’t understand how it works exactly, they are running DVa, Mei, Juno, Ana and it’s a really unique thing to see on that map.
Tbf TSM put a lot of effort into diving PGE and strangely enough he did a great job of surviving and doing good damage to bait out a bunch of cooldowns.
so basically what im seeing here is pge got crucial kills at perfect times and used utility perfectly at certain times to keep his team in the game after he went rogue and tried to keep his team out of the game.
dps is easily the most inconsquential death in an overwatch map. All heroes do dmg/get kills, but only 1 player per team is supposed to tank, and 2 are supposed to heal. Getting a pick on a healer or tank is significantly more valuable than getting even 1 hard carry dps off the field. As that is either a 50% deficit or 100% deficit to the team cohesion, as opposed to a 20% deficit.
