I'm Nick and I'm an Angry Little Welshman....sometimes.
I've struggled to deal with anger ever since I was a child and its only gotten slightly easier as an adult. With smatterings of anxiety, low mood and a whole load of low-frustration tolerance (the new term for anger issues I've learnt), I've bumbled through managing my mental health in this life.
Now at 36, I've decided to share my reflections on the mostly stupid things I've gotten angry about and my realisations on this.
Sometimes humorous, sometimes sad and sometimes downright stupid, join me on this journey.

Bouncing back is something many of us achieve! WEEKLY RESET I have a strong dislike of New Years. The yearly anxiety provoking pressure to do something to 'better' yourself, possibly causes more harm than good id say.
