What a fantastic 5k walk for @humenorg on the weekend, with this lovely human being Cat.

For the #riseagainstsuicide2021 walk this weekend, I and Cat walked just over 5k at sunrise around #Hitchin.
During our walk we shared a lot about our experiences with mental health and suicide in particular and the impact of the 'suicide ripple' as I call it, even after someone has tragically gone, the impact it can have on those around us.
It was an amazing way to start the day and might look into doing it again for fun and #selfcare in the near future.
Lastly, always REMEMBER TO ASK the people you may be worried about "Have you/are you feeling suicidal at all?"
