I would have stuck with the sport glide nice to have a bike few people have that fairing is horrible my opinion fairings these days have these bikes looking like boats should have threw some 16 inch bars on the SG and you would have been good you that fairing is actually from the original 1983 sport glide that’s funny .

Very sad to see the Z900 go, but as a rider sometimes stepping up to a cruiser is the best option especially if you want to crush some miles!

I wonder if the bar ends you bought will also fit a 2024 Z900RS. The mirrors look great. Did you have to get used to looking down to see behind you?

They don't make unique bikes like this anymore. So much style and the finishes are so tasteful. I personally would've left all the chrome cuz its one of the few that really looks great with chrome offset. I really wish they'd bring this bike back for 2025. I really want one so bad.

As far as a windshield is concerned. I’m 6’1, experienced wind buffeting at about 60+mph. It was so bad I was afraid of a brain hemorrhage, lol. Watched a hundred videos and decided to go in the complete opposite direction. Purchased the Harley Davidson ST Wind Deflector. It’s bronze, matches the wheels and paint accents. It looks so rad I don’t even notice the wind. Now, forward controls of which I’m a big fan. I came off a 2006 Night Train, ya had a reach for the pegs and the drag bars. Now after a year on a 2023 LRST I would never put forwards on it. Although Harley categorizes it as a ‘cruiser’ it is anything but. Bike was designed and built to be ridden aggressively like a jockey and ya ain’t doin’ that stretched out. I adapted myself to the bike and not the bike to myself. Beautiful bike, great vid!
