    I have a 2019 FatBob and love it. I am not so keen on the tank HD graphics on the 2022+ bikes

      Same here. 2019 in performance orange! Although subjective, let's just say I love the graphics (and color) on my '19!
      Ride safe and enjoy...

    I really do enjoy the perspective of the Harley from the other side of the pond. It's nice to see some positive comments as well as fair criticisms. Keep going brother 🏎

      I’m from the U.K. and the Fat Bob was my first Harley, I absolutely love it, fair to say it’s expensive for what you get (mine was £17,400 on a 2021) but the Harley Brand carries a premium.

    I use Sycamore Harley and have test rode this bike too, the seats great, style awesome, its our next bike tbh, I have had my Streetbob since Oct 2021 done 5k on it its great but the first thing to go was the seat for a nice Saddle man, plus a few other mods, Engine moustache that gives forward foot rest position which is great, Sycamore stuck a stage 1 and some sick V&H mini grenades on it. Yes Harleys have that great sound and tbh i still cant find a bike to beat them, been on a rocket 3 too not like a Harley, have a XSR900 22 model from Uppingham and thats still no where near the Harley, Horses for courses but for me Harleys are the only real bike. I may change my mind and our Monkey bike is as fun but no power comparison.

      In the end I went for a Sport Glide. I just got it about a month ago. I found it overall a better package/value compared to the Fat Bob.

      Thanks. I was planning to do a video on the streetbob as well, but I didn’t really enjoy it, so after riding it for half an hour or so, I took it back. But I definitely enjoyed riding the fat bob and sport glide.

      Had a hard time picking as well torn between this, streetbob and breakout. But after a few months worth of thinking. I ended up with a breakout. Best decision lol

    • @TheBikeFather
      @TheBikeFather  2 роки тому

      I haven't been on a Breakout yet. Looks good, but also almost £3k-4k more expensive than the Fat Bob here in UK.

    How did the Fat Bob compare to the Sport Glide? Pros and Cons between them as I'm looking at both. Thanks.

    • @TheBikeFather
      @TheBikeFather  8 місяців тому +2

      Both felt really good. I liked the mean/aggressive look of the fat Bob, but the sport glide offered more in terms of value, bigger tank, cruise control, side panniers, etc..so I went with the sport glide. I would also suggest looking at the low rider ST. That’s similar to sport glide but more power and perhaps more wind protection.

    Which do you prefer, Fat Bob or Street BoB, thanks

    • @gavincostin1729
      @gavincostin1729 Рік тому +1

      Streetbob is so easy with big slim front wheel, Fatbob for the extra 2k has twin discs, upside down forks, straight easy bars, although i tilted my streetbob back 3 inches for easy use, also external suspension adjustment and an easy revcounter and dials, plus stock seats perfect and save £350 for a decent upgrade, so in my opinion even though i'm not selling the Streetbob, i will get a fatbob too next year, and if i had of researched more then Fatbob all day long. Hope you get one. BTW i have done 5k on the streetbob, its great fun, best test ride them well and see what feels best.

    • @TheBikeFather
      @TheBikeFather  Рік тому

      Between the two you mentioned, I would go for the fat bob. Between the fat bob and sport glide, I went for sport glide. Just got mine about a month ago.

      well this one had the Vance and Hines exhaust already. The exhaust sound had a nice tune, deep, but it wasn;t very loud, so I can only assume it had the baffle/silencer in.

      well. no one said they are sports bike, but I felt they had plenty of power. Especially once yo've done a stage 2. If I wanted a fast bike, I would definitely not choose a Harley, however, comfort, style, sound.. these are my top 3 reasons for choosing something like this.
