Happy Anniversary Jennifer! Love listening to you talk and your vibe. I started to knit in 2022 and am self taught by watching UA-cam tutorials it has been fun & challenging at times as well, there is still lots to learn but I am up for the challenge and I am excited by it all. I am knitting a cardigan short sleeve jacket in a very cool chartreuse green & can’t wait to pick out some really cool buttons to finish it with. Keep podcasting girl you are an inspiration.

I chuckle every time you say "the love of my life." My friend, Barb, was in a serious relationship, but not yet engaged or married. She told me she didn't want to call him "boyfriend", being in her 40's. She thought it sounded too juvenile. But she couldn't think how else she could refer to him. I suggested she call him "the love of her life," since that was what he was to her She loved it, so that was how she referred to him. So every time I hear you say that, I think of Barb. I think it's so sweet.

I cannot believe a year has passed already! Congratulations on your 1 year podcasting and for all joyful episodes 🥳! I think the hot pink Tulip pullover, red Sophie scarf and Peer Gynt colour bomb is my favourite yet. That episode is a celebration of bold colour choices, equally bold modifications, a relaxed relationship to gauge and smart tips helping us avoid all that counting so we can enjoy our knitting 😄. If I had a year off, I would spend it in an equal way, knitting, travelling - and reading (very curious about your book shelf). Looking forward to seeing you in new episodes ❤️

Super informative and enjoyable today. Wow what a trip you had. I have always wanted to travel to this Country. I have not researched all about it ( in terms of feasibility)… sadly I can not make it as yarn is what would be a focus of mine. Learned lots here. I thank you! Looking of course to second chapter. Btw can you still gain a “stamp” from this country to provide you the availability to get the rebate? I so hope so. 25% is a good chunk of change. Thank you again!

Congratulations on your 1 year! I found you just after suffering with a AIN nerve injury to my right hand that curbed my knitting a bit ( this is the nerve that differentiates us from Apes… I could not touch my index finger to my thumb, pincer). My husband believes this to be attributed to the COVID 19 vaccine. It lasted for 15 months. I saw you just after your Rhinebeck travels. I believe watched all of your episodes and saw some hand issues you had. Glad you are way better! Love the Rhinebeck videos you have made. Love the packing for a trip videos…last one helped me alot! But the trying on of your beautiful garments and viewing the range of possibilities just has me watching again for upcoming travels. Oh ….the Mexico trip I just loved…. Thought I was there. Thank you! I have been knitting well over50+ years and you are just so so talented for only have knitted since 2019…. You are creative. As well so so good. I did not know about your occupation but I believe you bring to the classroom the wonder of learning that sparks students to want to learn/soar. I am sure your district is happy to see your return. Glad to hear you will be still behind camera as I really enjoy your content. Thank you so much. Happy knitting en-classroom ( add to your list of “all the places I go to knit”).😊

Congrats! I think your Jupiter crop is absolutely gorgeous; I keep meaning to start on colorwork, but it keeps getting shifted back in the queue. I did get some great sock yarns lately, so maybe soon.

Ohhh, I hope so. I have been craving more colourwork, but am currently working on solids at the moment. I also plan to cast-on soon....!

Happy One Year Podcasting! Your podcast has been a real standout in the knitting community. First because YOU’RE YOU! Your love of knitting and all things fibre has been so refreshing and inspiring. You’re from Canada! And local to me. I love how you have progressed as a knitter - big girl swatching lol! Your honesty is delightful. And then all your travels to round out this first year, has made watching you so enjoyable. I have lived vicariously through your adventures. So happy you will continue when your sabbatical ends. Don’t stress about editing and trying for a perfect podcast! Just be you. I don’t think I can pick a favourite episode, especially since Norway is still to come! Congratulations Jennifer ❤❤❤

I ❤ your trip to San Miguel, it was great to see such a beautiful town, it was like a little travel break in the midst of winter. Good luck with less takes, and don’t worry we are here for it😊
