Thank you Jennifer, your recommendations and curated look for spring knitting, they are still relevant to knit for the winter here where I live in Australia. I have the added bonus of having plenty of time to complete projects 😊
Oh, what fun! I’m inspired by the Claudia Q top to maybe add a collar to my Sonya Shirt that I finished recently. Thank you, Jennifer 🤗 PS The Fabienne by Filcolana is a free cardigan pattern with embroidered flowers that fits your trends x
Such a fun episode….dreaming of these and then some. I plan to purchase your mitt pattern ( plan to get to my LYS to purchase, have tried multiple times+on Ravelry with any pattern and the Pay Pal nonsense of fraud alerts will not stop… I never had pay pal but it seems to attach itself to me , so to avoid I pay at my LYS and get a printed pattern as well… win-win). Thank you so much for this lovely episode.
Thank you Jennifer for the awesome podcast and the Giveaway! I am trying to find more spring knitting patterns to knit a few more spring/fall sweaters to add to my me-made wardrobe! Thanks again for the inspirations and ideas for spring knitting! Happy knitting! ❤
Congratulations!!! 🎉 🎉I 🎉 I'm so excited for you to receive Knits From the LYS. As you've seen in the last episode, there are so many beautiful patterns in the book. Happy knitting to you!
Thanks Jennifer for another great podcast. Any chance please you may give me any further ideas on how to recreate the ruffle on your jumper- it’s the best! You mentioned a purl row? Thanks again from an ‘adventurous’ beginner knitter from 🇬🇧☺️
Thank you very much! So for the ruffle: I knitted a purl row in the yoke where I wanted to place the ruffle and continued with the stockinette pattern for the remainder of the yoke. After I finished the knitting the sweater, I then knit the ruffle: Picked up stitches from the purl row that acts as an anchor in the yoke. I increased for row 2 and 4 and just knit around, then bound-off with the purl-over-purl bind-off. It couldn't be easier. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you- I shall have a go. I’ve knitted plenty of socks with ruffles, but somehow I’m intimidated by garments?! I love your inspiration- thanks ☺️ 🇬🇧🧶
Good morning. Question ….. I love the funnel neck raglan pullover that you are wearing at the end of your video. Can you please share the name of the pattern and what weight yarn you used? Thank you. Love your videos. I really look forward to them! ❤️
Thank you! I free-styled this sweater. It's a super easy 2-stitch raglan sleeve knit in 2 strands of Lettlopi. I cast-on at the neckline and did a 2 by 2 rib, with increases at either side of the raglan stitches until the yoke was big enough to split for sleeves. I did a lot of try-ons and knit to my body. I love this sweater and so happy you do too!

Thank you! I had a great time doing it. Happy knitting!
Love the feminine, about time we took back our power with clothing.
This look can be a fun way to step out in the world, if that's what you're feeling. Ruffles, lace, bows. Bring it all on!

The collar sounds like a wonderful addition! I have yet to try my hand at embroidered flowers!
Thank you for showing trends, colours and patterns. Great work! Cheers to a fellow Toronto knitter.
