yummy
Really good photography and great choice of music. Well done.
you guys do such a great job.
Great to see a couple enjoying the same intrests i hope this lasts the whole of your lives. You will always remember the dry fly takes from New Zealand i can still recall evey one from multiple trips.
Super nice stuff. Love the Angling Frontiers hat. What is the long lens and what camera? Please.
Great jumps. Some say brown trout don’t jump. This one disproved that.
That last fish was very impressive! I got owned at that spot. By the fish and the sandflies.
Thank you guys so much for posting content without obnoxious editing and music dubbed in. That is a rare treasure in the modern pile of trendy UA-cam garbage content. Got yourself a other subscriber.
Great video what lake were you fishing? Thanks
Great video, what river were you on please?
Interesting that the trout missed the fly but then he just lifted and connected.
Well done on that beautiful A. Ponds fish. Lovely spot. there are other ponds a couple of kilometres off into the hills on the other side of the river that hold some huge fish. Nice work.
I am late to the party - but am really enjoying your videos. having fished those same rivers many times - it is a pure joy to see you having so much fun on them as well. Greetings from Downunder.
I love that stream. Have fished it many times. There are some very large fish in there. usually, the wind is blowing downstream right into your face ... so you got a great day. Love your videos ... love Norway - also been there many times, teaching Jiu Jitsu in Drammen. Norwegian people are very cool. Thank you.
One thing you never want to hear your girlfriend say, no matter what it is you're doing: "Aargh, I'm sick of this!"
Honestly, I wasn’t tired of fishing, just frustrated by losing so many fish in such a short time! It felt like I was failing at both casting and landing fish. But I quickly got over it 😁
Isn’t that a McLeans weight net
@@Reece-m8s it’s McLeans but without weight!
Awesome videos guys best footage on fly fishing I have seen for awhile. Love the close up takes keep loving life.
I love your work, fly fishing evolution and doing the thing I should have done! Worst of all however, I have evoke smitten by your partner, the Viking Goddess! I shall be thinking of you both when I go to see Eivor in November! 🥰 Keep on trucking and making us see how beautiful life can be ✌️🥳💪
Amazing fish, well done! It blows me away the fish don't spook on the bright yellow indicator but it obviously works for you in this rivers. You nailed it! I'm looking forward to some easier fish after the end of the season here it was super tricky
Lovely stuff..what are those covers on your rod handles?
@@garyshungking5905 it’s not a cover, just the handle on a rod from arcticsilver fly fishing 😊
@@slowrisemedia , thank you...interesting..
Have you guys been back, this fishery looks awesome!
Good on you guys , I'm a Kiwi and great to see your energy & enthusiasm for " Aotearoa " Take a video camera on my adventures sometimes and understand the difficulty of filming and getting the magic shot , you have it nailed . Been tempted to just biff the camera in the briney somtimes .
Your craft of putting together your videos is fantastic, appreciate all your hard work, maybe we will see you back in NZ sometime. Cheers Mike
Fabulous series! Which of the islands are you on?
Motiverende videoer altså. Ny sub her . Må få meg en tur opp til Østerdalen ASAP i mangel av en tur til NZ
Rapidly becoming my favorite fishing channel!
You are both blessed to have one another. I was almost engaged; and the Pandemic destroyed our relationship. She would fly fish in remote mountain areas of Utah with me. This video is bittersweet.
Awesome!!
Watching. the two of you catches those fish on the Dry put a smile on my face. Well done.
Congratulations guys! Honestly I really like the videos you make they seem very "real life "and that makes them really special to me. If I understood correctly it was your first time in NZ .. congratulations you guys seem to be really very experienced. I had to go a few times before I understood a bit better how to get around . I would like to know, only if appropriate, where you got your information . I would love to have, if I am not being indiscreet, your email to compare our experiences. Thank you very much
Bittersweet - wonderful end to a great trip!
That 4 kilo…. Fish of a lifetime. The shoulders on that beast 💪💪
howdy Guys. Man you are catching some fantastic fish. I do have a question. The filming you are taking of fish rising from a distance is amazing. My question is, what camera and lens are you using. Also what editing platform do you use ? Keep up the fantastic work. Cheers FAB Phill
Thanks a lot for the nice words. We are using a Panasonic lumix gh6 camera with a lumix vario 100-300mm lens and Final Cut Pro for editing
Fantastic video!
Thanks a lot!
Fantastic😍😍
Thanks!
Awsome video❤
Ben there done that many many times
It’s a wonderful place!
Guys voice is something else
Loved watching your vids at the end of summer here. Hopefully some more episodes before the season starts to get pumped on.❤
Congratulations on a "smaal" 4kilo brown trout, that i just crazy!! Really looking forward to next episode
Thanks Vebjorn and Tuva. Your vids are excellent and very entertaining. I carry 3 or 4 sizes of cicada and green, light brown and dark brown. Then hopefully will match it with whatever else is chirping nearby. The leggy blue blowfly is also an excellent pattern for those rural waters. GL, Paul
Superb thank you❤
Sorry, but real fly fishermen always fish with soft hooks.
Haha, What!? 😂
Lucky you ! Huge trout , pristine environment. What else do you want?
Very cool episode. ❤❤❤
Appreciate the way you handle fish after landing 👌. Great example for everyone 👍.
Thank you 😊 We appreciate the feedback!
👍👌🥰
This has been a great series. Really looking forward to seeing some fishing from your way. Do you guys have any plans to come back to NZ?
Thank you so much! We’re currently trying to film some brown trout fishing in Norway. But we still have 5 more episodes from NZ to post. We are dreaming of coming back, but we don’t know when we’ll have the opportunity.
Great to see the guys back on screen again
Thanks a lot! Feels good to be back 😎
What a beautiful day with you 😊
Thanks for the nice comment!
