We live in a rushed world or at least we think that everything must be in a rush. This is why I love gong Fu. I do it at home on a small set. I put on some relaxing music and it’s just the best.

People just don’t know how to sit and enjoy anything really. But yes, tea has theanine which naturally relaxes us if we allow it to relax.

I think so Many people have this natural evolution with tea. Most of us grew up, drinking teabag, tea and even K cups. But once you dive into the world of looseleaf tea, you just don’t go back to this stuff.

I’m not much into baked goods in general. Lol I guess I can call myself a carnivore.
