For those of you reading the comments. Al is absolutely right about Puer being an acquired taste. When I first tried it, I didn’t like it. But I already bought the ounce and I didn’t want to waste it. So, I decided I would stomach that ounce and then I wouldn’t buy it again. But then I found out from Al that one of the benefits is that it lowers cholesterol, and high cholesterol is something that I suffer from. So I gave it a legitimate second chance, and over time it grew on me. So I’m begging all of you. Give Puer many tries.
Having a peppermint ginger Puer must be highly medicinal. Ginger itself has a wealth of benefits, including lowering cholesterol and containing antioxidants. Combined with peppermint and Puer, it's a powerhouse of teas.
