    That’s awesome. It’s great that you had such good weather in January. I would love to cross the Dardanelles. I think of all the amazing history that has gone through the straits

    I did know they drink black tea. I knew Turks and they offered it to me quite a bit

    Idk if I have had actual tea from Turkey. In fact im almost certain I haven’t. But I have drank tea out of Turkish tea cups. I think those are my favorite kind of tea cups.

      he said he bought it at a turkish bazaar and they promised they wouldn't break. they dropped them and they didn't break.

    I'm not a big fan of CTC black. I get why people like it but not "my cup of tea" lol

    Turkish tea is better than their coffee, but
    I don't take sugar in either, and
    I am partial to the espresso brewing method.

    How can you discuss Turkish teas and herbals yet not mention apple tea? Quintessentially Turkish!

      I've spent more time praising the relative merits of various woven rugs in the showrooms of carpet merchants being served and drinking more apple tea than I care to admit, AND it is delicious, BUT it really isn't tea is it. It is heavily spiced hot apple juice.
