I totally agree with you on looking at the ingredients label. I buy Califia Organic Oatmilk: three ingredients--Oats, filtered water, and sea salt. That's the way tea should be, too, just the tea leaf or leaves.

It's very good. Just 4gms of sugar. A great substitute for dairy milk.
