Great tip on dehydrator getting rid of phytic acid, which you can also find in staples like oatmeal.
I should do this more often. But I’m not big into herbalism.

I do turmeric
My issue has always been that I don’t dry them before sleeping. So I’ll cut up the ginger and put it in an infuser and then pour hot water over it. And I just don’t think it taste good like that.
Hagia Sophia. An icon of Christianity for so long. It’s sad to see what it is now.
The turks do great coffee as well. they love tea, but I'm not a fan. like you say, it is CTC
