I've been running a rabies druid this season and it's actually been doing VERY well, especially with farming cows it really is one of the fastest and easiest ways for cow farming, though I know it does fall off for maps and late season. I completely stopped playing my hydra sorc for the rabies build. For anyone thinking of wondering, I'd definitely recommend it! TONS of fun!! :D
I'm playing rabies and even doing well in tier 1/2 maps right now. I run an upped ribcracker on switch for poison immunes and I just made an obedience on my merc to help even more with immunities. I'm really impressed by how well it's doing
Is the drop rate on uniques modified from vanilla? I haven't been able to play much but was able to finish hell on my Amazon, always play do it solo, and found Andy's, Mal, Gul, and some other good items that I usually don't get while leveling.
Just wanna say, with all the WW barbs I think Frenzy is being overlooked. I ran it last season, running it again this season and it's been super nice. I think it's way easier to constantly battlecry mobs for that phys dmg party synergy, you still have the usual BO buff and it's just a tanky dps. If anyone's interested, current gear is: eBOTD + Death BAs, Arreat's, Leviathan, Verdungo, Gore riders, LoH, Raven, Dwarf, Metalgrid. If you're running solo, then Act 5 with Beast BA is the way to go. We're in a 2man party with a pally, so I'll be switching to an act 2 defiance merc with Pride for conc, and then the pally runs the act 5 merc for the might and the fanatacisim on the pally. Viable for all content except Dclone (probably even Dclone, haven't tested, but last season with the easier fight it was still a challenge and relied on crushing blow gear, which is now capped/nerfed) Endgame goal currently is max open sockets on the helm and armor with Jah runes for a big life boost. Max res corruptions on boots, belt, amu. With 40+pdr, huge life pool, huge res, decent defense, awesome life steal, and very, very viable dmg, the build feels awesome, especially for HC.

Thanks for the info. For me specially that map table at the end was useful, can´t find it anywhere else. But I think I was in Throne map and there were no cold imunes (cold sorc), that´s why it was so nice. Is it possible to reroll map to different? Or just trade them somewhere?
I m doing Arcane map with lightning strike Java (Horizon map) , sometimes there is no light immunes at all , sometimes there is flying Scimitar that die to Jab attck with titans so honestly Ild recommend this map for light builds. My gear is kinda ghetto : crafted safety shield , steelshade , naj plate cnc , eth titans , raven , nagel , highlord's tgod. Just need a decent merc / a bit of phys dmg. Thx for the review !!

One unpopular build here: Smiter/Zealer as a first and only character. Been doing ubers for days now and did my first d clone last night. Super fun to play,but requires a couple of sets of gear and charms especially.
True that, my friend is running a Zealer as his only char on hardcore and it's pretty good as a first character. Haven't cleared DClone, but everything else is getting demolished. The current setup is: Death BA, 2os GFace, CoH, HoZ, Gore rider, Verdungo, LoH, raven, BK set ring.

There’s a setting in the ini file that’ll fix the mouse glitching out. I forget exactly what it was it was happening to me and I drove myself crazy trying to fix it. Mine happened after an update.

I play almost exclusively solo. I can clear most maps with easy with my basic equipment and it is fun playing solo. Any recommendations on how a casual like me would find friends to play casually with? What do you do in group play when high runes or good gear drop?
Join some pub maps, find a decent group and try to take it private. My biggest thing for maintaining friendships in d2 is to USE DISCORD. Not only does it make the game less dry, but you definitely forge some friendships. My map group has pretty simple loot rules: IF YOU CONTRIBUTE (maps, gems, orbs), you are including in the loot roll. Anything found above a certain value is rolled between the contributors. If you win an item, you are removed from the loot cycle (so everyone gets something), and then the loot cycle resets. It isn’t perfect, but there isn’t a perfect way to do it - but everyone gets their turn eventually.

I mean. The gear he have is quite easily obtained with full group play. It's called funnelling. You have like 2-3 profiting people in the group and the rest are just getting scraps and levels from mapping(obviously). This strategy is much much more loot efficient than solo play. Senpai should buff solo drop rates tbh.
My group of friends has a strict need before greed policy, and if it upgrades someone's build they get the item. Re: solo drop rates being buffed, he did that from the outset (s1 included). When you play players1, you find items based on players5
@@boragaming1839 you must consider also, that solo play is limited to areas you can clear. Group play is far superior to solo play because you can do many a85's + maps while solo player struggles to do countess in solo. Therefore I thing solo play should be buffed even further.

Idk man, I run ~200-225mf on my sorc. There are definitely diminishing returns on MF so there's a point where you are only really increasing your chance for non-unique items.
Dont waste your time on andy imo, meph is also meh i think.Im frozen orb sorc with 170 mf and i run stony tomb + ancient tunnels both level 85 areas.Andy and meph cant drop you most end game stuff

No worries brother you will hit a hot streak. Re: mf'ing though, hell andy and meph have good loot tables but aren't necessarily ideal to farm. They cannot drop the top echelon of items. Check out this link projectdiablo2.miraheze.org/wiki/Zones - sort by immunity type and pick level 85 areas to farm. I guarantee you will find better items. Also, 450MF is simply too much. There are steep diminishing returns after 200MF, you are better off hitting that number and focus on adding damage to increase your clear speed. Final note, high runes drop rates are UNAFFECTED by magic find. For that reason, I always prioritize clear speed over magic find.

You can reroll 3x t1s into a t2 or 3x t2s into a t3, but you can’t straight up change the map. You can trade them though 100%
