    I have a 2021 32' center console that I use in very dark conditions on a regular basis. I went with FLIR because I also encounter fog occasionally and FLIR is the best option for that. Otherwise I would have gone with the low light camera option because of the better picture quality. One thing to note on either camera, motion makes a TREMEDOUS difference in picture quality. If it's rough the FLIR is not nearly as clear as it is sitting still but I don't know if low light cameras have the same issue. Good video though.

    • @Capitano_Davide
      @Capitano_Davide 2 місяці тому

      Thanks for watching, glad to hear you enjoyed the video. Regarding the motion; they're cameras at the end of the day, so when they sit still they can focus better. Think of it like your phone. Which video is going to come out clearer: a video standing still or a video while running moving your phone back and forth. Obviously the one while standing still. I'm assuming the ultra low light might have a little better picture by default in this case.

      @BadTunaFishingCompany the only chart strikelines has in your area is the hardbottom chart. Which isn't bad if you're looking for areas to fish. I have one in my area and it's good for finding new areas. It's not dead accurate like a 3d chart. For when you go down to the keys cmor has a killer chart down there. As far as running these cards on your boat. 1. If you have mercury engines and a newer mercury vesel view you can run the cmor on there. 2. You can buy a mappak unit which is a portable unit you can bring any where(I think simrad is better than the Raymarine packs) The company linked in the description sells both brands, so check them out, and they'll be able to get you taken care of it.

    Tengo un daiwa bg 8000 lo e usado muy poco. Espero capturar algo de 20 a 30lbs para ver como funciona. Crees que es buen reel.

    I have a Simrad auto pilot and SS evil three attached to an octopus auto pilot at high speed. Everything works fine at low speed I can set for north within two minutes. It automatically heads west and I don’t know why.

      Sounds like it might be your compass or pilot computer, maybe. I don't think it's your pump. Could be as simple as a software update and being recalibrated or something else more complex. I had an issue once and all I had to do was update the compass. I would recommend giving simrad a call on Monday. Normally, autopilots don't have issues, so it might just be a simple fix. It was a bit hard to follow when you kept saying this one and this one; instead of BG or Penn. Other than that, it was a good break down of a couple of reels that I was comparing. I was leaning towards the Penn but I'm going to head over to Bass Pro and get them in hand first. Thank you for your review.

      Sorry I was a little hard to follow. I got a mike recently so I'm hoping that will make it a little easier to follow. Thanks for watching I hope you enjoyed it, don't forget to subscribe if you haven't already. Putting both of them in your hands will give you a good feel of the differences. Enjoy your new reel when you get it. Thanks

      @@Capitano_Davide ya a mic would help also. No need to apologize, I just brought it up so you can learn and improve. The biggest thing for building a following is being dedicated and consistent. Thanks again for you video and you have me leaning toward the BG now.
