  • PENN AUTHORITY REVIEW | WORTH IT? | 8500 & 10500 Size Spinning Reels
After having this reel for 6 months it's time to give it a review. Is it the best spinning reel you can or is it just like any other reel in its class? Is it better than the Slammer? Find out in this video.

Are you happy with the 6500 ? Can it compete with stella or Saltiga ?

@andreasspyrou7688 different size reels serve for different applications. I've used a saltiga and a Stella. They're all great reels, I think at that point, it starts to become a little bit of personal preference.

Check out the carnage 3 spinning rod. I did a review on it recently. I have both of my authorities paired to those.

8500 how many meters can fit in 80 lb?

It depends on what brand you get. I don't remember exactly, but I had bought a 500yd spool, and I didn't quite use all of it. I would say about 450ish yards. That probably about 425ish meters. I used the power pro braid.
