I’m more of a ‘smaller city’ person-interested in less tourists. Also, I have a heart condition and Lisbon, Porto, and Coimbra all seem to have lots of hills. first of all, we just flew with them from SGN to CXR. Only my back pack with all of my photo-equipment was over 10 KG. And we had 4 big suitcases to check in and in total 4 hand luggage, wich was definitely over 7 kg each. No issues and charges.... second, I hate credit cards and everything connected to this satanic system, so Bravo VJETJET. Only cash is freedom and f... the credit cards. I hate all airlines, like Eurowings and other BS airlines, that are working against their customers and offer you only one option to pay by credit card. Which is a tyranny and dictatorship. You have money on you, you want to pay, but no... Only credit cards, what a nonsense. I think they don't want to earn money, but get rid of customers. Not every one is using credit cards, there are some old people as well, that don't have them and then? You can not pay? What an absurd nonsense.

I am the type to get a bit nervous on planes, but after taking Greyhound, I’d happily fly than do that ordeal again

I can go on a 3 week trip with just a 40 liter rucksack and be just fine. I laugh as I breeze by all the folks waiting for luggage. As they are waiting I am on the train headed to my hotel. Done this for years and will never travel with a suitcase. How many trousers or shirts do you really need. 😊

I flew with China Eastern to Vientiane Laos very good service no fault at all on time and the best price. China was an amazing place to transit so many beautiful parks and places of history.

A quick note: You said that you took off 10 minutes behind schedule. The time of departure actually means the moment when the aircraft starts pushing back (off block time), so if you were taxiing for 10 minutes after that, you were right on schedule 🙂

Flight attendant is wrong. You can film take off from and landing into TPE. The flight attendant is confused with TSA (Taipei Songshan Airport). Much like PUS, TSA is a shared military facility.

Train from Oslo to Trondheim doesn’t take 10-11 hours, it takes 6-7 hours

Conventional highspeed trains are already cheper and faster than airlines inamy countries especially under 800 KMs. In that section there only competitor is buses.

I don't think I have managed a short-haul KLM flight without significant delay since the pandemic.

I have been there for visits many places in Lisbon, Portugal 🇵🇹 and also I was visited in Sintra, Pena Palace. Last May in 2023.

If this is the 3 -4 -3 srat configuration it is extremely tight for space.Would fly long sectors on a different aircraft however service and catering was excellent.

Dang, a delay made some other passengers missed their connecting flights! Sometimes an airline can make up the time in the sky even if the departure is late.

Love teh food on the ICEs, I am always surprised how tasty it is considering the limited kitchen equipment available and that they only serve ready meals. ICE is a safe way to travel, safer than by car or bus.

Thanks for the video Jack. I haven't seen a BLQ-AMS review at all before. KLM intends to change its short-haul onboard product to BoB (buy on board) later this year. AF will do likewise and wanted a trial with BoB this month...but that trial may have been cancelled owing to opposition from AF's cabin crew union. Yes Schiphol is no longer one of the world's best sirports ... its single terminal cannot cope. Transfer times of 40 to 50 mins are simply unrealistic nowadays.

I don't like flying the Embraer because it's too small and dangerous for turbulence on a 2 to 3 hour flight, it's gonna be a uncomfortable flight. 10:47, Same if your transiting and connecting in Bangkok, China, India, Istanbul, Cairo and London, short layover is not a good idea, I recommend 3 to 4 hour layover depending where your going.
