I had an experienced flight with Qatar airlines during my visited in a Greece 🇬🇷 country and I was on the flight ✈️ 4 times . I transit my flight at the capital city of Doha.
I mean Qatar did have a point, the paint failures looked terrible and customer presentation wise made Qatar look like they didn't maintain their planes.
On Lufthansa (premium airline?) short flights is no free Food, inflight entertainment is not available on LH Airbus A320.... so from that point of view Qatar is already premium :)
They're not the best, but they are good. I travel on QR regularly when traveling between Europe & Asia. Their pricing used to be competitive, but no longer the case. Now, they even charge extra if you want to choose your seat.
Some airlines nowadays use smaller plane for around that duration of flight. I flew airbus 320 from perth to kuala lumpur and bandar seri begawan to seoul once.
Okay I see. What, really? No way. Good airlines should check in 1 to 2 luggage for free, but that's not the case for middle eastern airlines and European airlines flying the European union, wow that's annoying.
No it's certainly not. I've had the lucky fortune of travelling Qatar regularly to many destinations over several years and even on their worst day they ourstrip many alternative flagship carriers. Sure they may get some things not quite right but our experiences or more aptly ;reflections, should be the sum of many; not just one occurrence.
Their onboard product is great, but their website, phone customer service and ability to resolve complaints is terrible! They lost our luggages back in Sept. 2024, so we had to purchase, clothes, shoes, hygiene products, ect. They told us to keep all of the receipts and submit them. Still waiting for our compensation...not one update about our claim. Emailed the baggage department and customer service department numerous times, they only respond saying that they have "expedited" the matter. Very unprofessional
If they are charging 300 Euro for a 1 hr flight in economy, then there is no way they deserve 8.5, even with all the services. At most they deserve 6 out of 10.
It is incumbent on the purchaser to search for a good deal. I've never purchased direct from their website. I know having previously worked in aviation, website fares are always more expensive than third party sites. Buyer beware teaches us that.

There is still however a case of 'buyer beware' If he paid also using points, he maybe could have considered if it was worth redeeming them ;alternatively opting to search elsewhere. If the prices are unreasonable I think the customer should leverage their purchasing power to shop elsewhere. There are some good alternatives in the region.. I've used Oman Air who I've found a great alternative to the big 3. Sadly their network is much smaller.
This airline is a shithole I would never fly EgyptAir never ever they broke my luggage the crew not trained walking through the cabin on takeoff climb food tasteless the airline shouldn’t be a member of star alliance it’s the worst in my experience
