    Hey sorry for asking but how long will I have to do this workout to see some results ?

      If you pair this with a well balanced diet that puts you in a caloric deficit you should see results in about 2-3 weeks. I would do this workout 2x a week and then another one of my workouts that involve weights

    This is my first time working out with Dr. Salako. Sorry to say this, I really do apologize, I never complain but I felt like this time I had too. At first I enjoyed it but then I realized we were doing the same exercises for 4 rounds and I was starting to get bored 🥱

      Thanks for your feedback. I understand your sentiments in how than can be boring however, when it comes to truly shaping your body repetition is key. I know there are a lot of channels who have no repeat workouts. Many of mine aren’t structured that way. It’s more than just getting you tired, I want to get a response from your muscles and your body to make the changes you desire.
