    I loved that is was not too hard on my knees yet I felt like I was getting a good workout. Definitely up a sweat!

    Loved!! Thank you. It has been a long time & I wz able to do 2.75 of the reps before modification. I did however make it all the way through. Thank you for the music switch on the 3rd rep it helped. Lord bless!!
