If your just looking for card stock its not a bad idea to get them. Also, they could be good to buy for Commander. Yes, not for a whole deck, but for a card here and there your not spending a lot of money.

This right here is why I only buy 1 collector booster pack of each set then stick to singles. For my lost caverns of ixalan pack I pulled the purple neon cavern of souls and for my lotr special edition I pulled a foil poster the one ring.👌

What a complaint to make regarding foils being too common. You purchased a collector product of course there will be more foils. The cost of collectors boosters are justified by WOTC with regards to pricing. You can still buy play boosters or their equivalent and pull many non-foil cards. If you want the special foil feeling buy play boosters. Are they more present in CBs than before, yes. But this is where the market has gone. Certain foil commons and uncommons are still worth more than their non-foil counterpart. It just depends on what the market is willing to pay for it and if it holds relevance in the meta. You also need to realize that UA-camrs like yourself likely have much more disposable income to shell out for premium products. The majority of those that I play with purchase play boosters over their more expensive counterpart.

So crazy idea when you open up like packs like this Like I don't follow Magic the Gathering but maybe an interesting video. You could do. It's like okay. We open these packs. Here are the top 5 valuable cards and out of the top 5. These are the ones we're gonna make like a deck with. Cause the fire guy and like the damnation. Be interesting to see how you can make a deck out of them. Doesn't have to be necessarily with the cards. You get from the rest of the packs but. I don't know so it's an idea. But yeah, I got out of Magic the Gathering. I'm done with it. Also I don't see it as valuable like even if you break. Even it's like basically, you're spending money. And to basically only break kind of even is like if you were to sell the cards that are valuable or worth anything to basically. Really break even. And then keep the rest to play with. It's like okay. I mean it's fine if you're like you. You play popper for it. But then you don't have the interesting cards with the interesting effects. And you could just do something more interesting in life than just magic II just feel like that 1 way or the other. Now that Magic the Gathering. The game itself has is just self. Defeating Like if they had basically a game version of it where it's all the cards and like or like arena where you basically just paid a fee and you had unlimited access to unlimited cards. It's like there's no like buying trading packs and stuff. And then you would just have 4 mats and then you could just draft on the spot or whatever. And then people can play that way. Then yeah, sure, and they actually made an effort. But Wizards of the Coast is not making an effort with the online matter of fact. You know what? Let's make game f*** it. We're still in the game. And we're gonna make our own game version of it and people are gonna love it

ou... it hurts to see this. I was quite lucky with my 4. I got a lesson to never buy single packs from store that sells singles. Did that few times and never pulled anything good, just the worst cards. When bought from store that sells just sealed products only I was way more lucky with random boosters. I´ve even pulled the serialized card from March of the Machines 👍

The comments seem to reflect my thoughts, volume counteracts variance. The folk who have commented that they bought a box are all saying they got some sick pulls and for the most part made their value. The ones buying 1 or 2 packs for the most part missed the mark. That was our experience too, we bought 3 x collector boxes and 2 x playboosters - all of the collector boxes were worth more than their RRP, though there were definitely some stinking packs in amongst them. But the volume balanced it out.

Thanks for uploading still. Sooo many streamers just show their crazy pulls and it just creates unrealistic expectations towards opening packs, which ruins the cracking experience.

I didnt open a single pack that was worth less than $50. I made like $300 profit in cards on my CCB. The profs ccb was even better than mine. Unbelievable.
