There's no way they would have had gender reveal for Pyro. Think of all the item descriptions, hats, cosmetics that rely Pyro being undetermined 'it'. That's like the main character trait Pyro has going. It adds no value to change it. TFC Pyro is already female so if one female merc is necessay, it already happened.
