    Hi Hong. You’re practicing my favourite posture in Baji! I find it trains all aspects of the theory. But it’s the most complex to perform properly. I’m very impressed with your performance. You don’t rush the technique or force the power through like so many I see. You perform the technique and allow your structure to deliver the power through to the object. In this instance a hanging bag. Keep up the training Hong. 💪

      Hello Lee :) Always thank you for your words. As I practiced for a long time with the correct posture taught by my Sifu, I realized some things as I understood what the Sifu said in the past, and there were some parts where my body became enlightened through training.

    • @leegravett4966
      @leegravett4966 4 дні тому

    • @HongsStory
      @HongsStory 3 дні тому

      I'm glad that you have same opinions with me! and find the same things too. For basic stance like horse stance, is always same. I stand 1minutes per each stance. :) How about you? How long are you holding the postures when you training?

    • @leegravett4966
      @leegravett4966 3 дні тому

      @ initially I would stand for around 1 - 2 minutes per posture. But found my energy and strength increased if I just stood in Horse stance. I have built my time up to 12 minutes. I also hold certain postures from Xiao Jia during its practice for a number of controlled breaths. I find this very difficult, but the results in performance and energy development very good!

Pigua is older than Bajiquan and the founder Wu Zhong most likely was exposed to this style, since it’s from the same place. Здравствуйте, простите, я скажу свое мнение, вы очень хорошо копируете движения, но не повторяете технику заложенную в эти движения, этот комплекс будет работать когда вы будете знать смысл движений. Советую разобрать парную работу и тогда ваш бацзицюань будет на высоте. Вы большой молодец, я с удовольствием смотрю ваши видео!
