      Yes, the cushion of the bed is really fluffy, so the landing is more unstable than usual, but I'll be more careful next time.

    I was having trouble learning the kick up but i never thought about trying it on a matress, that's clever i might have to try that out myself since i'm afraid of doing it on the ground and injuring my back

      Yes I agree it too,
      Jumping practice with matress can reduce your back and waist injuries.
      Hope you have cheer up with your kick up practice!
