love your forms movement.the flow were not to rush and not to fast, much better detail, the transition of each form alreays smooth, and your stances much stable. excellent❤👍
Glad to see some practitioners around strive for serious goal, not just fancy, beautiful movie-like choreography. Highly appreciate. I am from Neijaquan (Taichi, Xingyi, Bagua), but mainly I practice Xingyi. I can feel a lot of work for rooting, balance, weight shifting and core movement. I once shared your video to my teacher. He said that Baji is pretty close to our school in terms of (internal) principles (not family kind). Best wishes to you and your school.
Hello :) I'm glad to see your words, and glad to see another traditional wushu peactionals in here. Although we are in different places, but I also hope you cheer up with you and your master's kungfu journey too.
Yes, you can say that again :) For a dancer, it's incredible to bear 10 sec, in 'real battle'! According to Donnie Yen, he was the best B-boying player when he was teenager.
I never understood why karate and kungfu use dance like motions where westerners get to the point and throw the strikes, all the strikes are basically in the movement shes doing. Palm strikes, overhead backfist, charging palm. Bruce lee didnt seem to know about this style. I never seen it until it was shown in video games
I understand :) Each part of quan(拳)has its own style, and has different things to training. So I think we should have inquisitive attitude when learning each quan, especially for trainers. So we can see what quan want to tell us.
Nice performance Hong.
It looks like the style I am learning.
