Hi Hong, very nice single movement training. I always found it difficult to balance the power issuing between my dominant and non dominant side. How do you find it?
Hello Lee :) Always thank you for your words. As I practiced for a long time with the correct posture taught by my Sifu, I realized some things as I understood what the Sifu said in the past, and there were some parts where my body became enlightened through training.
@ that’s interesting you say that over time your body/mind adjusts naturally to the practice. I find the same thing too 😊 How long are you holding the static postures for now? Horse stance for example.
I'm glad that you have same opinions with me! and find the same things too. For basic stance like horse stance, is always same. I stand 1minutes per each stance. :) How about you? How long are you holding the postures when you training?
@ initially I would stand for around 1 - 2 minutes per posture. But found my energy and strength increased if I just stood in Horse stance. I have built my time up to 12 minutes. I also hold certain postures from Xiao Jia during its practice for a number of controlled breaths. I find this very difficult, but the results in performance and energy development very good!
@@leegravett4966 Wow, the maximum time is 12 minutes, that's amazing! Yes I think the synergy of our body is maximized when our breath and body are used together. It's nice to see you training hard! I'm also rooting your exercise too. :)
Thank you. ❤❤❤🙏👌
Always thank you for rooting me :)
Thank you
I also thank you too :)
