Instead of fighting tight quarters I would have just taken the whole dash out it takes like 5 minutes. That's how I did my power locks/windows in my 97 SDX

When I went to relieve tension on the timing belt, the crank gear and cam gear both rotated clockwise and I’m not at top dead center (20:43 in the video). Do I need to put the belt and tensioner back on to align everything again? Can I bring them to their respective spots independently of one another?

Great video! One thing I would suggest, is filling that cup for the bearings with the grease, as opposed to the boot. Centrifugal force is going to push all that grease to the outer most parts of the folds of the boot. If you were to fill that cup portion the the axle, then you would get maximum lubrication on the wear components.

Hi Ron, do you have a video, or advice on how to adjust a carburetor on a 1995 Acty HA4 for high altitude (6500ft)? Mine now lives at this altitude and is running rich. I've been told to rejet - but cannot find definitive info on what model the carb is and/or what jet kit would work. Any thoughts are extremely appreciated.

What bulbs are in the cluster? I’m thinking of going LED if possible. 1996 Attack with a/c

My 96 Attack had the blue wire under the driver seat, it worked for my after market tach. The blue wire at the coil is what you want. Maybe take another look under the seat.

Is this the same carb as on the HA1/HA2?

This helped big time considering I just bought the front rain guards for my Acty Van. It's a lot easier to install than I thought.

I read a suggestion that you open the fill bolt before draining. The person explained that they couldn’t get the fill plug out after they drained the case!

If there was a coolant leak present that allowed coolant to leak into the cylinders and burn out through the exhaust. What seal or item on the carb could possibly cause this? Asking because I see two coolant lines going to the carb and wondering if something on the carb could leak coolant.

Thanks for the video on polishing up the headlights to look new again. I have done the lights on my Suzuki DB52T and the outside of the lenses look great, but the passenger side seems to be pretty dirty on the inside of the assembly. Any suggestions on the best way to clean that up? It appears as though the lens is glued to the headlight assembly, I really don't want to destroy it in the process. Thanks so much!

Hi RHD_Ron I have a question . I have a 1991 Acty and when I turn the side lights or heater fan On the Idle speed increases by about 500/1000 RPM. Any idea why this might be ? Its a real pain with an Auto gearbox as it jumps when you move into " D " or "R"

Hello! Thanks for your videos. Do you have a source for the smaller (6-pin) cluster connectors? I bought a couple of clusters - one 16 pin and one 12 pin. I found the 16 and 12 pin connectors but I can't find any of the 6-pin. I've been searching eBay and the Japan auctions for a while now and still stuck. I might end up trying to cut up a 12 pin to make two 6 pin but that wouldn't be ideal.
