Hi,
I’m Peter Dworak a Fitness-UA-camr from Munich, Germany. My channel includes videos for power sport athletes, outdoor sportsmen and fitness enthusiasts.
In short video clips I show workouts without the use of weights. These bodyweight exercises (pull ups, pushups, squats) can all be done at home, at the gym or outdoors.
Do you presently train in a fitness or health club? No problem... I will show you barbell workouts, dumbbell exercises and training exercises you can use on gym machines. My fitness videos include special strength training programs for runners, swimmers, cyclists, etc.

Are give same results like with dumbbells???
The benefits of the hydraulic Power Twister are that it is lightweight and you can set different resistances. You will achieve similar results with biceps and triceps exercises as with dumbbells. But with dumbbells you can do a lot more exercises, but you need several of them.

The bow is good and cheap (€ 50), but the resistance bands are weak and not very stretchy. I'll show which bands you need in the next video.
Wieder geniale Übungen Peter ! 😀👍🏼In der Biegehantel/Königsfeder steckt viel mehr drin als man zuerst glaubt, gerade auch im Bereich der Isokinetik und Isometrik. Für die Brust ist dieses Trainingsgerät geradezu ideal um mal einen ganz anderen Reiz zu setzen und diese damit zu verbessern💪🏼😀
Mit der Push Down Bar funktioniert das noch besser. Das Video hierzu werde ich bald veröffentlichen. 💪

Hallo Peter ! Hat die Königsfeder mit den blauen Griffen ungefähr den gleichen Widerstand wie die schwarz/chromfarbene Königsfeder aus Deinem Top Ten Biegehantel Übungen Video ? Besitze bereits die blaue und überlege mir auch die schwarz/chromfarbene zuzulegen. Du hast den Vergleich und würdest mir mit Deiner Antwort sehr helfen. Mit sportlichem Gruß, Michael

My hydraulic Power Twister also gets hot during use. It's the same with an air pump for the bike. 😉

Breathe as much oxygen as you need during the exercise. There is no rule to follow.
I find it funny that I can recognize the German language from simply hearing it
How does the German language sound to you?
@@FitnessCreator it sounds like German for the most part I don't know exactly what is being said but if you're able to pick up on context you can kinda understand and follow a conversation, if that makes any sense, cause communication is 20% verbal and the 80% is body language etc. I thought of immersing myself in purely German entertainment etc. So that I'm forced to learn hopefully I'll become fluent in it
The motto of my videos is look and train, which is why my shorts only have music. My German-language videos also seem to have a learning effect on the German language. 👍

@FitnessCreator I like the idea of changeable spring, as why I was curious about the particular power twister
There are Power Twisters that can be dismantled. But you can't mount stronger springs because the diameter is different and the handles are also built differently.

If you have trained your muscles to exhaustion, they need 48 - 72 hours to regenerate. So train 2 - 3 times a week. 🤛

In the video I don't show an anatomy picture but which muscles are involved in this exercise. By the way, muscles are elongated and not punctual.

@zyrekroferos5133 I had the same problem with the pullovers. I squeezed the handles together and then interlocked my fingers so I could hold the handles together throughout all my pullover reps. On the second circuit I interlocked my fingers on all 4 exercises, not just the pullover. I really felt it in my chest so I wouldn't consider it "cheating". It still takes quite a bit of conscious effort and concentration to keep the handles together. Hope this helps.
