- In this training video I show how you can strengthen the wrists and build the forearm muscles. Strong wrists and forearms are required in many sports, such as tennis, rowing, climbing and gymnastics. In the gym, some people neglect the forearms because they assume that grip strength is sufficiently trained by holding dumbbells and that the forearm muscles are sufficiently trained by doing biceps curls in the lower or upper grip. However, this is not correct. And so I’ll show in this video tutorial how to build strong forearm muscles with resistance bands. The 6 exercises and variations are: wrist flexion, wrist extension, pronation and supination of the hand, and ulnar and radial wrist deviation. You can also do this forearm workout with a theraband or tube expander.

I thought the pronator quadratus muscle was actually located closer to the wrist joint?
In the video I don't show an anatomy picture but which muscles are involved in this exercise. By the way, muscles are elongated and not punctual.
Hi, ich habe eine Frage und zwar habe ich heute mein Bullworker erhalten (neu) und wenn och ganz nach unten drücke, läuft er geschmeidig aber wenn er nach oben kommt, bleibt der an eine stelle leicht hängen und geht dann weiter nach oben. Ist dies normal?

Ich würde an deiner Stelle den Bullworker zerlegen und mir die Teleskopstangen und die Feder im Inneren genau anschauen. Vielleicht gibt es etwas was das Gleiten abbremst bzw. behindert.
