What about stubborn rabbits? Maybe once grown outside, then inside? What about if they wont let go of their fear? My rabbit doesnt like to stand or sit in a lap.

I taught my bunny spin a few years ago, and despite it being used inconsistently, she still remembers very well. I worry about her being bored, so I’m going to start training her for other cues and this video is a huge help. Today I started to teach her “circle” which is spinning in the other direction, and I think she’ll get it very quickly! Some of these other ones are perfect future tasks. Spinning isn’t very useful, after all 😅

Hi, I have a slight problem with my rabbit, and I don't know how to teach him not to do this. He is forbidden from going on my bed, and when he was younger, he couldn’t jump onto it. Now that he has grown up, he has figured out how to jump on it, even though I explicitly forbid him from doing so. He always looks for an opportunity to jump on the bed when I’m not in the room. The worst part is at night. During the day, I put things like boxes and pillows on the bed, so he can’t get up there. But at night, when I’m sleeping, he always wakes me up until I lock him up, which he obviously doesn’t like, and he starts banging on everything. Sometimes he wakes me up just by sitting next to the bed, staring at me, and stomping really loudly. After a long time of stomping, he jumps on the bed, even though I’m there, then stomps again and jumps down. This happens up to five times a night until I lock him up. But even then, there’s no peace because in the morning, he bangs on his cage like he’s gone mad.

I have an almost 17-week-old bunny born on September 1, 2024, who chews on my wooden bed. I’ve tried confining her to a large pen, but plan to upgrade it to free-roaming when she’s trained. I need advice on stopping her from chewing on my bed. I let her out of her cage when I’m home and have to redirect her about every 15 minutes. My apartment is small with only the entry room and a bathroom. When you come in through the front door, there is a bedroom with a kitchen inside the same room, then there is a door to the small bathroom, so I have no other room to move her to.

there is actually another way to teach ur rabbit high five. you can try holding a treat between your fingers and keep saying high five as they try to get it :3

I have position my hands as yours from being behind Willow and picking him up, for any other way he jumps away and is upset at me. So I am patient in leaving him alone. But Yes this is very trying. Is there any way for getting them not to jump away? Thank you So Much!

What did you dip the ball in? And what kind of ball is that? I buy those rattan balls n they chew em up as they are meant to, but I'd like find one as a toy.

Hi! I’m doing some rabbit care research for the future, and I can’t seem to understand why it’s OK to put a rabbits food, their hay, in the same box where are they pee and poop. Does anybody know why this isn’t a problem?

Other than not wanting additional bunnies by pregnancy, I neutered and spayed mine because of the HEALTH issues. Great advice on making sure you have the proper vet. They should be an exotic vet as rabbits are exotic pets. There are vets that charge very minimal, as they have limited experience with rabbits. My female bun cost $750.00 to spay, whereas my male bun cost $650.00. The vet you choose should not have you "fast" your bunny....meaning to take away food. Definitely do your research. I sincerely believe, spaying and neutering is the better choice.

How are any of these bunny tricks actually useful tho?

My lionhead bun is fearfull in coming to me out of the cage. I can leave the door open, he has no interest. He lets me pet him all over his body, not to want to be pick up. What can i do? Thank You!

Thank you for this information and especially the bonus tips. I have a male bun. He is 3 and I am now getting a second bun. I am adopting from the county shelter (so many pets there that rabbits are typically overlooked). Nonetheless, I found a 2 year old female rabbit to bond my bun with. I hope all goes well and I will definitely implement your tips.

I make my own litter box with a cardboard box and lots of paper towels and my bunnies bedding. Since he lives in his cage (temporally) he doesn’t use it much, all I have to do is dump them outside every month so they don’t sink in and refill, unless it does sink in than I just grab another.

I'm really concerned about the fact that they are allowed to chew so much cardboard. It's really NOT good for them. Can cause GI Stasis and be fatal.

Is the only way to be successful with this to pen the free roam first rabbit during this process? She gets very angry in a pen and maybe she will get used to it but am worried she will just associate the other rabbit with jail time. But maybe she would just get used to it and it isn't going well with her free roaming either.

Wow what an amazing video!! I loved all the interviews with the super knowledgeable company owners but especially the science selective interview with their new food! My rabbits are completely obsessed with their current food and now I’m thinking of trying to add in the botanicals food also for more variety for them!
