Hello everyone!
My husband and I bought ourselves a minivan and have been travelling a lot.
It's not easy being on keto when travelling but with our own van, we can continue to prepare in advance and cook at the camping.
As the space in the van is limited, I make simple low carb, gluten free, yeast free steamed breads and cakes. Our van is off-grid & we have no electric oven or microwave. Only steamed or pan-fried.
I hope to share with you some of the simple recipes we've been enjoying very soon.
